Log Cabin Inn

Stiil, there is very little human presence. When you arrive you call a number and leave a message via Google. Once your request to use the room you reserved is accepted, the door will open after a few minutes to give you your key and have you sign a receipt. This is the last human you will see. Leave your key in the box on your way out. The other creepy part is the knee to abdomen mirror positioned behind and to the side of the toilet. This isn't just a bad hanging job -- it's framed and built into the faux-log wall.

The location was perfect! We were able to get a taxi service for pick up. The room stayed nice and cool! The staff was helpful and I was able to get what I requested. I have no complaints about the property.

Parking was easy on the back side of the building. We were able to walk to dinner and a very cool pub at the property just around the block.

The inn was beautiful! We lived the log cabin decor! Staff was friendly and awesome places to visit! We'll definitely be coming back!

It was nothing fancy, but it was clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in outside of my own. I would stay there again simply based on that fact alone.

I stayed in the Standard Room and it is very small. The bed nearly touches the wall. No sitting area in the room. But the amenities and sink/shower are all nice and remodeled. Overall a comfortable room but maybe not for two people.

The property is very dated and not is the most presentable condition. Our room smelled like fresh stain, floors were not level and floors very not clean. We had 2 nights booked and only stayed one night, We were unable to get a refund for the 2nd nights.

I appreciated how friendly staff was, answered all the questions that I had and seemed willingly to meet any accommodation requests I had if I were to have made any. The location is pretty convenient and so is parking on site. The power went out right before I was going to shower (around 8pm). I was told it wouldn't come back on until 1am, so I went back home as I was about an hour away. I was told to email the owner for refund information. We went back and forth about me getting a refund, I got half of what I paid for back despite their website saying no refunds so I appreciate that. However, I was told it was my fault for not knowing that power usually comes back on pretty quick in the area (it did end up coming back on an hour and a half after I left) but how was I supposed to know that, as I'm not a native to Eureka Springs. I wasn't going to wait an hour and a half to get ready to go to bed. Another thing, the room doesn't come with a table so if you're trying to have dinner in the room, don't.

Affordable, cozy interiors, safe, and large parking area. Convenient to all attractions.

Clean room, the A/C was on when we got to the cabin. It was nice & cool, great lighting.

The check-in process was very quick and we were able to get to our room into our room within a couple of minutes. It immediately downhill from there. When you book the room online, you think you're going to get your own little cabin which is detached from the others. Then you get there and they put you into a little dungeon-style basement in the bottom corner of a motel. You go talk to the clerk and ask if you can be moved into a detached cabin like you saw online and which they do have on the property, and then he tells you that he'll have to charge you for a 2nd room as you have already entered the dungeon for 5 minutes. You give up and decide to just go back to your dungeon and start unpacking. After everything is unpacked and situated, the clerk calls you and offers to move you into a different room which sounds a lot like the one you're in (not a detached cabin) that has a 2nd bed and a bathtub. You decide it's not worth it to pack up everything and move into a larger room that is likely to suck just as much as the one you're in, and you decline the offer and just stick it out for one quick night in your dungeon. You don't watch TV since the remote doesn't work, you get bad sleep in an uncomfortable bed, you take a horrible shower in the tiny coat closet they converted into a bathroom, and you leave first thing in the morning, driving past the many other hotels and inns in the area that are surely way, way better than this one.

Staff was super friendly and the room was so clean so cozy. I absolutely enjoy my stay.

Our room was VERY clean and in wonderful condition. The bathtub/shower however was incredibly slippery and a dangerous slip and fall hazard. It looks like they are working on updating the property as a whole. While our room was great, the rest of the property is very rundown. My biggest complaint is that there is no grassy areas for a pet-friendly facility. It would be good to have an area to walk the dog instead of having to walk a mile away for a quick potty break. Staff was helpful and the location was great. Wishing them luck with the remodeling!

I've never had an issue here. Everything is enjoyable.
