Matterhorn Tower

Found a dead brown recluse on my bed…but at least it was dead lol The beds were squeaky but comfortable enough, would have been nice to have some blackout curtains over the blinds as the streetlight and then sunlight came through a lot. Only 2 towels.

Great place to stay! Our family enjoyed the spacious penthouse. It was perfect for our kids and gave Grandma and her dog plenty of space to enjoy right along with the rest of us. The staff is friendly and kind, and the kids enjoyed the on-site pool. Looking forward to booking again in the near future!

Friendly staff, room was clean and beds comfortable. Great location close to everything, would stay here again! Only complaints would be no microwave and exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

It was such a unique hotel and absolutely adorable!!! The staff was super friendly! Walls are a little thin, but it was tolerable

It’s an old charm place. friendly. Not a new modern place. No exercise room or morning breakfast. The things we liked and needed were easily attained. In every place things could be improved. This is a fun, central,, safe place to stay. Probably not for kids as it is a slower pace.

The penthouse was large. Loved the pool. When we got there we waited 10 minutes for assistance. Also when we got to our room no air was on and it was 88 degrees in there and took till the next day to cool as it what so hot. One of the air conditioners barely blew anything out. The first night we slept with the bedroom doors closed since there was air conditioners in the rooms. The second day the penthouse was cool and we enjoyed ourselves.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The owner Chris was awesome. We didn’t get to meet his wife this time but hopefully next time bc we will be going back. The room was very cozy and clean with the pool close by. They love pets and that was a wonderful bonus! Only not so great thing was trying to get out of the parking lot but walking distance to several restaurants and shops and a trolley across the street.

First of all we were greeted with a warm welcome and given great tips on where to eat and what to do. I really appreciete the staffs kindness. Nothing, everthing was awsome

Probably one of the friendliest places I’ve ever stayed. Especially when the owners puppy greeted us at the door.

There were no toiletries.

Location and unique building layout were the highlights of this place Everything was great. I wish we could have stayed longer

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable rates plus across the street from a lovely winery. Also, easy access to the trolley depot. A little further from downtown than I realized but in hindsight that made it better as in less populated.

Great pool. Clean rooms. Small-town feel. Nothing. I liked everything

This is not a "fancy" hotel but its very cool, has lots of character with everything we needed. Really good value & really good people running the place. We liked the location - just up the road from "town" (not far, walkable - kind of steep) but directly across the street from the main trolley station which is a fabulous way to get around & especially into the historic section where parking a car can be tricky for a price. I will definitely stay here again. Nothing!

Location was perfect. Owner and staff went above and beyond! The only complaint I can remotely think of is pulling out of the parking lot onto the main road. It’s a little tricky with the traffic. But that’s Eureka Springs for ya. Can’t do anything about that!

Quirky cool property layout. Everything felt very private. Excellent location in town.

This was our first time staying here and won't be the last. We loved the location, and the room was comfy.
