Great room, affordable, quiet place to rest. Staff was very professional from beginning to end.

We had a short stay, but received an excellent experience… The property is absolutely beautiful and clean! Charming, clean, the beds were very comfortable, you can tell that the management cares very much to create a comfortable and beautiful environment at a decent price!

It was a very nice hotel for the price. Nice clean rooms comfortable bed. Only thing I can think that could be better is to have more than just muffins for breakfast at least have a waffle maker or something so we can make waffles. Other than that it a great place to stay

Good location.

Skyler and the blonde lady( sorry, didn't catch her name) were very courteous, helpful and super nice. The hot tub and pool were great, just what we needed. Loved being in the jacuzzi rooms, they were quiet, loved feeling like we had the place to ourselves. The trolley stop is a great value, not having to pay $5 everytime we park somewhere is great. Plus being that close to Java Dudes is a definite plus( great kolaches). If we go to Eureka Springs again, we will definitely stay here.

Great stay

FYI, the hotel is doing some remodeling at this time, however this did not interrupt our wonderful stay at this property. Let's start with staff, we were greeted by Skylar. Warm friendly host if there ever was one. Check in went swiftly. Our room was 202, it was very clean, beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. The swimming pool and spa was very nice and we enjoyed both. It is pet friendly though we did not have our pets with us this trip. Skylar checked on us at the pool, again a very gracious warm host. Over all our stay at the Osage is one I highly recommend to others.

Older hotel but very clean and closely located to restaurants, and minutes from downtown Eureka

While this was an older hotel, we did have a very quiet room. There was little in the way of amenities, the vending machines did not have drinks in them (you had to get from the front desk), the view was horrible (large window that looked at a concrete wall with an overgrown patch of grass), and the parking lot was uneven at best. Even the bathroom door was placed oddly in the bathroom (you wave to walk in beside the toilet, reach across, then shut the door for it to be accessible). The bed set so high, I was lucky I brought my step stool, or I never would have got in it! The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean, but that is really the only things that were enjoyable.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We recived a room with a clogged shower that we did not discover until trying to get ready for bed. Due to no maintenance in the evenings, we had to pack back up and switch rooms. The new room had a toilet that was used, so it definitely had questionable house cleaning service. The excercise room had several broken or inadequate equipment. It was okay for a quick stay however would not recommend for more than a couple of nights.

My adult daughter and I hadn't taken a trip together since 2000 when she graduated high school. We found this facility a great place. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, and very accommodating. We will use this facility again if we visit area again! Gosh I really don't know. Everything was great.

The fact that our room was cleaned daily and the staff was very nice. It was nothing fancy. They are doing some renovations and some of the things still needed updating.
