It was a busy weekend in Eureka Springs. The annual Corvette meet was in town and every hotel was full. We, a group of 4 couples came to ride motorcycle with 4 trucks, 4 trailers and our bikes. Parking in Eureka is challenging at the best of times and yet, the hotel allowed us to park creatively. No breakfast but excellent lobby coffee and a muffin was on offer. The pool was awesome and the rooms well appointed. It is an older property but a great stay. Service is outstanding. Thank you

Is an older hotel BUT they are in the process of remodeling, rooms are clean, location is excellent...right in the middle of town close to main street, close to stores and restaurants

All the staff (especially Steven and Skyler) we talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. They made suggestions and shared some favorites in the area. The room, pool, hot tub and gathering areas were awesome. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area! The dog dishes of water placed about the property was nice to see even though we did not have our fur babies with us.

Needed better lighting on signs hard to find at night .. loud street noise .. loud disturbance by other guests .. musty smells in room …

It was clean for the most part, except the mounds of hair behind the mattress. But, the place needs some minor defects that need to be addressed like there was a hole in our celling i dont know if it leaks, our room phone didnt work, and the toielt had issues flushing because it didn't rain while we were there. I saw they had a cold breakfast and they really dont its like 2 (literally two muffins, onr day there was 3 muffins )next to some coffee and for the price should of had that.

Reasonably close to downtown, and yet affordable. The staff is friendly, the service is basic, but all I needed. It is smart to keep the car parked at the hotel: downtown is walkable, but it is a steep slope. Public Transport is available nearby: Planer Hill Park and Ride Welcome Center with Transit Service. Several restaurants nearby, if you don't want to descend into the canyon.

Staff was very helpful and kind, it is a very pet friendly place, and I felt it was quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

The location was perfect and the price was reasonable. It's a short walk to get Trolly Tickets for going downtown. The Trolly had a stop directly at the Lodge.

Everything was great, you know how most motel/hotels will leave a bar soap or Little shampoo for you this hotel did not have it other than that. It was great.
