We only stayed one night. Air conditioner worked. Parking was convenient. Toilet had hair on seat. Obviously was not cleaned. Inside bathroom door handle had a woman's hair tie on it. Yuck. It made everything feel dirty and nasty.

No breakfast. Room was large enough, and bed comfortable. When the office was open, the desk person helpful. We had been locked into 100 degree days, and the management did not turn on air until just before checking in at 3pm. We went out at about 6:30pm and room had still not cooled off. When we came back from supper it had finally started to feel hallway comfortable. The water pressure in shower was terrible , you could hardly get rinsed off. The place was clean enough, but very dated and in need of attention. We will not stay here again.

This is a basic hotel. But it is just five minutes from this hotel to downtown Eureka Springs and for a good last-minute holiday weekend price. The value overall is pretty good but it is not a luxury hotel.

The pool was ice cold!!! The office was locked? Could not just walk in, made us feel unsafe.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area needs a little update, new patio furniture and maybe power wash the deck around the pool. It was in a good location lots of things to do around the area.

It was a decent place to stay, the pool was the only reason we stayed. Prices are very reasonable. It is older, but was clean.

The room was clean. Bring your own hair dryer they have none. The room was hot when we checked in and it had a musty smell when we walked in. It took a while to get cooled down then it was pretty nice. We went and got some spray to get rid of the smell.

The person managing this property was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the floors were vacuumed even in spots you wouldn't think to look. (I accidentally dropped something behind the bedside table and could tell the floor had been vacuumed recently) the mattress was clean, covered and well maintained. Windows in the buildings were recently replaced and our room stayed cool through the hot summer days. We didnt use the pool so i cant comment on that. The only thing that I could see "wrong" is the furnishings and wall paper could use some updating. For the price of our stay, (one of the cheapest in town) I could not have asked for better. It was a pleasant experience!

Staff helpful and professional. Room was dated and needed upgrading as did the entire property.

I was very impressed with my stay at the Swiss Village Inn. They offered a great price for a room during the middle of tourist season. The hotel room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
