The room was clean. Bring your own hair dryer they have none. The room was hot when we checked in and it had a musty smell when we walked in. It took a while to get cooled down then it was pretty nice. We went and got some spray to get rid of the smell.

The person managing this property was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the floors were vacuumed even in spots you wouldn't think to look. (I accidentally dropped something behind the bedside table and could tell the floor had been vacuumed recently) the mattress was clean, covered and well maintained. Windows in the buildings were recently replaced and our room stayed cool through the hot summer days. We didnt use the pool so i cant comment on that. The only thing that I could see "wrong" is the furnishings and wall paper could use some updating. For the price of our stay, (one of the cheapest in town) I could not have asked for better. It was a pleasant experience!

Staff helpful and professional. Room was dated and needed upgrading as did the entire property.

I was very impressed with my stay at the Swiss Village Inn. They offered a great price for a room during the middle of tourist season. The hotel room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Eureka Springs was busy and we had very few options but I chose the Swiss Village Inn because the pictures looked okay. We got there, room 118 smelled strongly of mold and one wall was covered in black mold. The owner moved me to the room next door (117). He went into our room, shut the window and turned the a/c on, I thought that was weird. The room was old, the carpet was dirty but the beds seemed clean but it had a slight mold smell, musty like and old room. My friend was staying with me and her mother was dropping her off and staying with a friend. He saw them unloading her stuff and followed me back to the room and asked how many was staying with me. That was creepy. I wasn't sure if the mom was staying at that time, and because it was late, she decided to stay with us. The owner met me at the room the next morning to tell me that I owed $10 more for each night. We kept smelling mold in our room. We went outside and the moldy room's window and door was open and there were dirty towels in a bucket that sat out there for 2 days. When I paid him, I asked how he cleaned it because our room smelled too. He said he had a commercial cleaner to clean the mold on the sheetrock. We looked inside and it looks like he painted it. We noticed in our room that there were paint streaks on the wall, so our wall had been painted too, in the same area that the other rooms wall was moldy. Don't stay here, it is gross and the owner does not care about the health and safety of customers.

This place was excellent to stay at. Very safe area pool well kept and well managed. The gentleman at the front desk very kind and friendly even checking in to make sure the room was suitable and making sure I didn’t need anything to make my stay better.

Check in was simple and fast. The owner was polite and professional. We enjoyed the nice clean pool. Location was perfect, we could park our own vehicles and ride the trolley where we needed as well if we didn't wanna drive. It is outdated, yes. But well maintained. I will say the walls are extremely thin, as in we had to listen to the "honeymooners" right next door late that night. Thankfully it didn't last long ?.

Easy stay

This was, by far, the dirtiest motel room that I have ever stayed at, my entire life. I am absolutely certain that for the entire duration, I only saw the office manager-- not one cleaner or other staff member. My mom, who was staying in another room, elected to leave her socks on for the entire stay, because we were all worried about touching any surface in the bedrooms.

The Manager or Owner was super nice. When I checked in, he brought me a bucket of clean rags to wipe down my motorcycle in the morning. He always had a kind word and a smile. The room was clean and tidy. This is the perfect place if you just need a jumping off point for activities in the area and then come back rest, recover and do it the next day.

Location Room was not that clean it was really old. It had a bad smell. We seen a few hairs on the bed in the bathroom in the sink. Bed was not comfortable and made lots of noise when you move. Lobby is closed you have to call for assistance or ring a bell. When I finally came for check in I didn’t get any details of the facilities, the pool, etc. my fiance and I had little bumps/bites unsure where they came from and couldn’t tell if they were from bed bugs or not. We did see a few ants in the bathroom. We didn’t get enough toilet paper nor towels.

Ants, flies, and fleas or bedbugs in the room. Noisy refrigerator. Facility is showing age and significant wear. In need of updating and renovation.

Room 117 had ants on the vanity Guess what I, No matter how many ants I killed, I found more crawling around a short time later. So the owner, who was gracious, moved us to another room but it had spiders. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Couldn't get a refund or adjustment.
