Quality Inn Eureka Springs South

Our room was clean and smelled good. Only thing I didn’t like were the bed pillows. They were to small and went flat quickly. I also left my good bed pillow by accident.

The property is extremely run down. Wasn't expecting a palace but everything about this property was dirty, run down, tired, and needing a refresh. There was ants crawling everywhere in my room because the door was left propped open by the cleaning staff, and the weather strip on the bottom of the door was gone. I know we're in the woods but there was spider webs on all of the corners of the exterior and the balcony railings. Beds were tired, the shower was being held together with caulking, and sink had a rather large crack in the venire. Not sure how this is one of the top rated places to stay but i would not stay here again. Should have just kept driving instead of stopping.

Still, it has all of the standard motel amenities like a jet engine bathroom fan, a refrigerator which freezes drinks at any temperature setting, and a door which requires a good shoulder push to enter. It’s ok, but not a keeper.

The pool and breakfast were really nice, but we rented 2 rooms. 1 of the wreaked of wet cigarettes & the both had ants all over the place. The staff was all.very nice

The bath towels were stained and dirty looking. The tub had hair on the wall. And the shirts had hair balls that didn’t come off in washer YUCK

The room was clean. Has pretty views. Pool was really nice! Would recommend and I would stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend. The property is beautiful, salt water pool is clean and refreshing. We loved how the pool private and behind the hotel not close to the road. The breakfast was soooo good. We usually go out for breakfast because we don't normally like the hotel breakfast but it was hot and fresh and very yummy! Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. Staff were all very friendly! We were on the 3rd floor for a two night stay, the elevator went out on day 2 of 3... but I am sure they got it fixed quickly. They were on top of everything.

best hotel breakfast EVER !!!! Homemade quiche and wonderful homemade coffee cake !!!! All the lovely flowers and plantings around the property made it feel like you were staying in a lovely botanical park !

The location was very handy, the pool was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast location was not handicap accessible, you have to go down a bunch of wooden stairs. We wound up having to spend money going out for breakfast. Also the bathroom was very small.

This used to be a beautiful hotel no doubt, but it’s literally falling apart! The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable, the location was beautiful, But the hotel itself needs some serious renovations/maintenance.

It's a very clean and unique place! Breakfast was very good. Everything was great except I am a meat eater! Breakfast had no bacon or sausage.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the room had a stake smoke and musty smell

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of free parking. An included nice breakfast and again a friendly staff. Our stay would have been much better if our room had been on the opposite side of the hotel away from the highway which is only a few yards next to the hotel. Very noisy. The hotel is better than many in the area but could use many updates. During our several day visit to different parts of the Ozark area we paid about the same price at this hotel but stayed in much nicer, updated hotels.

The salt water pool was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there.
