This was my second stay at Edelweiss Inn and, as before, Robert and Charlotte were very helpful. The room was clear and the bed comfortable - I'll be staying there next year when I visit the area.

Looked newly remodeled. Everything clean, great parking, friendly ,helpful staff. Herd of deer hanging around out back. A patio with a fire pit. Will be using it every trip to Eureka. A couple friendly cats hanging around.

The owners have beautiful cats who greet guests at the office door!! The cats don't roam, they just go in and out of the office. Robert is Swiss and has that Old World charm!! Property is immaculate and nicely furnished; just what we needed after a long drive. We'll return there.

Perfect location. Away from the noise of downtown, close to very good restaurants and ice cream shops. The Irish restaurant the Inn is behind, McGarity's...WOW!!! And they give Edelweiss guests a 10% discount. Edelweiss isn't high end but it is clean, comfortable and such nice proprietors. I highly recommend the Edelweiss Inn. Robert, thank you for the tips on where to eat! I can honestly say this is the first place we've stayed in all our travels that we didn't have at least one negative. hmmm?

Front desk was very friendly and helpful about restaurants and activities on Labor Day weekend.

Room was 100% as described very clean and very comfortable. The owner needs to be a little more friendly. Seemed put out by our visit.

Small, clean, quiet, well located. Nice staff. Considering it was extremely hot (98-100 degrees) during our stay I know air conditioners have a hard time keeping up and cooling off a room. The a/c unit was not on when we checked in and the rooms were extremely hot. It would have been nice had they been on. We left and went driving around to give the rooms time to cool.

Well maintained property, super clean rooms, located near many fantastic food options, and easy access to a public transportation trolley that can take you all over Eureka Springs (buy a $6 all day pass at the motel office). Book with confidence and thank me later.
