Super 8 by Wyndham Eureka Springs

unfortunately they were doing some maintenance on the hot tub and shut down the pool. our rate was never adjusted for the inconvenience, but I guess it was just bad timing.

Hotel did not have operational elevator, pool, hot tub or 1st floor ice maker. This hotel was not as advertised and barely adequate. We had no choice since it was a non-refundable reservation. We were also misled to believe that we reserved the last two available rooms. The hotel was almost empty. The rooms were adequate, but I would never stay there again. It simply was not as advertised and I didn't get my money's worth. I am not happy with Expedia either. They did not do their due diligence to ensure that the hotel was as advertised. This was my worst hotel experience in over 30 years,

Hopefully once renovated it would be a place I'd consider staying at.

Loved the balcony

Breakfast are fine. Rooms are good, big enough for a whole family. It would have been better if I could give my tip through QR code or zelle because I didn't have cash with me, thus I was able to give what cash I have on hand which is too minimal.

The beds They was supposed to have pool an hot tub they was not available

Ppeople at front desk were never there when you came up there, you always had to ring the phone or bell. Could not make change for a 20 so I could tip breakfast server, who by the way was exceptional. I reported we had no running hot water in our sink the first day, they said they would tell maintenance who was not there or would move my room. Never heard from them again. The room divider is scarred, and needs painting really bad. We won't be staying at another super 8.

Everything Nothing

Location, very pretty Hotel, breakfast was good . Staff was very nice! Room was clean and cool! Nothing!

The room was rank with mold.

The staff were incredible! Incredibly personable and outgoing. There was a tornado warning on our last night in town and staff was very proactive in getting everyone to a safe spot. The view from our windows was honestly pretty beautiful nothing special but I loved it. There was ample parking and the breakfast wasn't too bad. The pool and spa was closed for the entire trip. We had called about 2 weeks prior asking for the pool hours and we're told nothing about the pool being closed. The laundry area at the hotel was completely disgusting we didn't end up needing it but the ice machine and the vending machines were there and the literal ceiling was falling out and brown ceiling water was pouring into the ice machine.

Room smelled bad upon arrival, breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Clean room. Parking was good. Elevator was broken and pool wasn’t open. Just needs general upgrade but overall was fine.

Clean room Internet didn’t work at all! Pool was closed! Breakfast was sub par!

Staff were very friendly. The Wi-Fi access was very spotty most of the time I couldn't connect. Then to top it off the pool and hot tub were closed and you could tell they've been closed for a while but it was advertised online when we booked that they had a pool. The queen bed we had was broken but they did give us another room. I think it needs some major upkeep.

Breakfast was good The buildings outside is cracking and looking pretty rough but the staff keeps the inside clean

We were a upset that the pool area was closed. Such a shame because its a beautiful area!
