Candlewick Inn

This is a nice small quiet place to stay close to the passion, play coffee, shops, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. The staff were delightful very helpful and very friendly. The hotel is very budget friendly. The rooms are comfortable. The interior are not extremely updated and the carpets could use some cleaning but overall for the price and a comfortable night stay I would stay here again.

Building has been there a while but rooms are updated and in excellent shape.

It was so enjoyable from the cleanliness abd the kindness of the staff members. Will absolutely stay here again. The lady at the front was the sweetest and most helpful.

Stayed here in February and it was good so we decided to give it another chance, but since February they've done a lot of improvements with the hotel. this time around was amazing big shout out to Lindy and Jayson you guys are amazing..From now on this will be my first choice when staying in eureka springs..Lindy and Jayson went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of the entire time we were there.. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay at a great price..

The caretakers at this hotel were amazing. We ended up having car trouble. Our alternator went out and they were right there to help us. The caretakers of this property are amazing. My wife and I were visiting from South Dakota to see The Passion of the Christ in Eureka Springs AR. Our Alternator went out. The caretaker took time out of his busy schedule to run me around to get the parts that I needed and then when we put that in it ended up blowing the main fuse on our battery he took time out of his schedule. Use their own vehicle to drive me 10 miles to the next town to make sure I got the part I needed to get back on the road. They’re a great example of true southern hospitality and are doing an amazing job at the motel. Thank you very much for everything you did for me and my wife so our vacation was not ruined. We really appreciate it. Thank you very much. He drove my husband around, trying to get the part that we needed to fix it. He dropped whatever he was doing and just took my husband to get what he needed to fix our car so we could get to the passion of the Christ this couple ladder running it are amazing and they are doing an excellent job

No frills motel, but good, clean, and safe place to stay with free parking and walkable food options. I would definitely stay here again.

The check in and out was SO easy! We never had to go to the office. We parked right outside our door and it was right in the center of all the places we wanted to visit!

Staff was friendly and rooms were nice.

The room was very clean the bed was a little to hard for us but some people like that still happy with the stay this was the second time we stayed.

The room was beautifully decorated and the beds and pillows very comfortable. That in itself makes it a 5* even for an old fashioned motel. What dropped my review a star was a problem with their door lock system however managers were quick to respond

The room was a little dated but dont let that fool you. The room was Very clean and the staff was wonderful. They are in the process of updating the property and all the rooms. I would stay there again if I am back in Eureka Springs.

It looks rough on the outside, but the rooms are nice inside.

Interiors were somewhat updated but with sloppy repairs. Parking was chaotic. One derelict truck blocked 3 parking spaces, manager said she "asked" them to move it. There appeared to be excessive numbers of people in adjacent units, and they had an evening group gathering on the narrow sidewalk in front of the rooms. This included setting chairs and coolers in front of our door. Apparently the price of $226 per night was not because this was prime property, but rather because there was a "VW convention" in town. Almost 4 x the normal rate for this. The only icemaker working was a small home countertop unit located in the towel room. It would fill ONE ice container for the whole complex.

The newly renovated rooms are the way to go. Best option in Erureka for cost.

Clean rooms for affordable prices. Had a good stay!

Super convenient to what we were doing and where we were going. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Owner and staff were friendly and accommodating. Like nearly every other place in town, renovations were taking place, but we were unaffected and barely noticed.

The room was great as it was newly renovated and very modern. Great location and convenient to get around town and back. The site is under heavy construction/remodeling. When we pulled in we weren’t sure it was even open. Management is not on site. If you need anything like extra towels you are out of luck. Didn’t feel safe initially due to appearance of site but turned out ok. Wondering if they should just finish up work before opening up. Pool was pretty dirty and didn’t use it. I would not stay there again it is done with remodeling. I feel like this should have been mentioned when I booked it.
