Wagner Inn

The TV didn’t work until the morning. I tried calling the front desk three times and went to the office twice. Neither times was I able to speak with someone. It was very outdated, but the beds were comfortable. The curtains block the AC, so I would recommend putting something to hold them or you’ll burn up. No ice machine. Just a itty bitty ice maker set at the top of the stairs. It was average stay at best.

There were no outlets to use in the room and the bed was very springy

Pool not working Couple bought four months ago and are fixing up and repairing remodeling which work it really needs . Room comfortable had microwave refrigerator hair dryer. It was clean Family that bought. It was so wonderful so great very helpful. Continental breakfast was OK.

Nothing, they were not clean at all I didn’t like that they thought they could put us in a room that smelled like chemicals because they painted heavy and didn’t open any windows or doors. Also there was bugs everywhere as well

The property was easy to find. We arrived later than ninth and anticipated. We are greeted with a smile, and offered water. I love the hospitality. The room was clean, bright and welcoming. Especially loved the chair in the corner, I was able to sip on my coffee and read a book the next morning. I was able to visit with the owner on Saturday morning, she was so pleasant and personable. She told me about about the property and we talked about life. I would recommend Wagner to anyone stopping in Eureka Springs.

Absolutely loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff very nice. It was far enough from the city center to be more affordable but there was a trolley stop in front of it. Across the street was an absolutely amazing restaurant. Didn't go down for breakfast any of the mornings so can't comment on that. We went in June and the owner told us they had bought the place about 4 months before and was renovating it. The room we had had already been done.

Bed uncomfortable and air didn't keep room cool at all. Was hot ? ?

Extremely friendly welcoming. Nice upgrades to an older motel.

Very nice staff, the room was clean and in good condition. For a budget-friendly option, I was prepared for a lower quality stay, but the Wagner Inn was a pleasant surprise! Very happy with the accommodations at this price!

That the check-in guy typed in my credit card and didn't use the normal way!!
