The property was easy to find. We arrived later than ninth and anticipated. We are greeted with a smile, and offered water. I love the hospitality. The room was clean, bright and welcoming. Especially loved the chair in the corner, I was able to sip on my coffee and read a book the next morning. I was able to visit with the owner on Saturday morning, she was so pleasant and personable. She told me about about the property and we talked about life. I would recommend Wagner to anyone stopping in Eureka Springs.

Absolutely loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff very nice. It was far enough from the city center to be more affordable but there was a trolley stop in front of it. Across the street was an absolutely amazing restaurant. Didn't go down for breakfast any of the mornings so can't comment on that. We went in June and the owner told us they had bought the place about 4 months before and was renovating it. The room we had had already been done.

Very nice staff, the room was clean and in good condition. For a budget-friendly option, I was prepared for a lower quality stay, but the Wagner Inn was a pleasant surprise! Very happy with the accommodations at this price!

This isn't a “high class” hotel but I'd recommend it. The owners who just recently bought this hotel is very sweet! And has helped my husband through his extended stay! And it's close to downtown! They are slowly renovating as well!

The place is old yes, but it is clean and the staff were friendly. You could see they are working to update the property. We would stay there again.
