We arrived shortly after dinner time and pressed the doorbell... A kind gentleman promptly arrived to check us in. Very kind and easy to speak with, and knowledgeable of all of our activities we had planned. He showed us to the room and even came in to check that temperature, television, and room itself presented well and to our satisfaction. It's evident that the owner takes a lot of pride in providing excellent service and attention to the property - infact when we arrived he was tending to a garden bed. They have wonderful outdoors areas to relax and even have wildlife in the area to view. The property was in great location - easy access to downtown district, easy access to Animal Sanctuary, and easy acesss to food and other entertainment like the Passion Play, Trolley, Haunted Tours, The Crescent - just endless opportunities to be had. I would gladly book with this wonderful property - out room had incredible charm and met all expectations - Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My only genuine complaint: Hotels.com makes it look a lot closer to the downtown strip than it really is, almost as if it's walking distance, but it wasn't.

The property was advertised as being 2-3 minutes walking distance from downtown. It is nowhere near downtown.

The guys who run the place are super friendly .We were there for our anniversary we plan to go back next year. Unfortunately my husband got sick while we were their. They checked on us and when we left helped us getting our stuff .the back balcony area seemed to always cool and super peace ful . Thank-you for the wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and easy to locate. It is close enough to downtown without being downtown and is a little off to the side so there is not quite as much traffic. There was only a soda machine available. Somewhere to grab a quick snack would have been nice as well.
