Cliff Cottage Inn - Downtown Bed & Breakfast

A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Eureka Springs! Just a few steps away from spring street, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Local Flavor! the best) and the historical museum. It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for an overnight getaway. The delivered breakfast was hot and delicious as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Out door shower, fun indoor shower, near main (mud) street, excellent breakfast (10/10) appreciated the attention to detail and was scrumptious, not boring either Dirty outside w leaves on chairs

We had problems with the front door lock. The first day it would not lock

It was a great experience. I love the huge jetted tubs and the robes to put on after. We have ourselves pedicures and face masks. I was quite pleased with all of it especially when I informed of something that needed to be addressed for the next stay just to inform and they still made it right even tho I want looking for that. Thank you so much

It was nice and cozy and close to town

We had such a lovely stay at the cottage. We stayed in the Sarah Bernardht room and it was absolutely charming. The location is wonderful, very close to downtown yet quiet. We spent a lovely time in the living room and on the porch. The grounds and the cottage itself are very whimsical. Justin was very helpful and responsive. Everything was easily done via text. We highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect for exploring the downtown area. The bed and breakfast itself was very cute. The outdoor areas were cute but could be cleaned up a little more. There was a lot of mess visible when sitting on the porch.

Loved the Zelda room at Cliff Cottage, the staff is friendly and attentive. Coffee on the private patio with the jacuzzi and woods was very zen. We'll be back for sure.

We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again.

great location and room The shared thermostat in the hall meant we were either too cold or too hot. We literally slept with the windows open and the temp was in the 20s outside. If the weather had not been extreme, there probably wouldn't have been a problem.
