The staff was amazing! Everything was amazing!

Room was hot, air conditioner did not cool room until 4 am

Super comfortable room with a view! We played pool on the second floor, had drinks in the basement bar, and our favorite was hanging out on the balcony! We loved everything about this place! Been wanting to stay here for years, and me and the wife finally did for our 10 year anniversary!

I'm an old lady and I wanted to try something different than a standard hotel or cabin and I was not disappointed! The New Orleans hotel is in downtown Eureka Springs, in the heart of everything. It's an old, historic brick building with 3 floors. I was on the top floor and I loved it because the balcony was high up and I could see more of the town and the people, but private enough that I could sit out there in my nightgown, smoke a cigarette, drink a coffee, and watch the tourists and the locals. The staff will valet your car to a private lot out back and then bring it out front to you when you leave. I loved that service. The hotel was beautifully decorated with fine antiques, glowing wood floors, a cozy room with a beautifully tiled bathroom. I've stayed in many hotels and this one by far had the most comfortable mattress ever! So much so that I intend to call them to find out the brand. I slept SO well. It was also a very quiet hotel, dimly lit, with a soft and gentle atmosphere. My only complaint was the desk clerk when I checked in was rather snotty and irritated with me. He made me feel uncomfortable about asking a question and was impatient and unfriendly. The morning clerk, however, was wonderful when I checked out the next day. She was very friendly, warm and conversational.

Wonderful location. Everyone we met that worked at the hotel were kind and helpful. Rooms were more spacious the.n expected.

Location great. No breakfast. Had to pay extra for parking and no elevator.

Great location in heart of shopping. Stores and restaurants walkable. The front of the hotel nicely kept with ferns hanged along the awning. The lobby is amazing with great speakeasy feel and music. The antique furnishings are beautiful. Beautiful furniture extends to the rooms. The safe were great. Very nice, hospitable, engaging, always asking how your day is going/went. Very informative about restaurants and activities in the area. Gayle was amazing. She was our primary contact at the hotel. The others were great. While the rooms were nice, more beautiful antique furniture, the carpeting was old and worn down. The tile in the bathroom is 12x12 plain gray. Needs a little touch of elegance to be in line with common areas of hotel. The common areas on floors above the lobby are not air conditioned or were at least not being air conditioned during our stay the 2nd week of June. Really stuffy.

There was no breakfast that we knew of. An elevator!!!!!!!!!!

Coffee in the lobby was good. Staff was nice. Our room was dirty. The bed sheets were clean but the floor was not swept and there were dead bugs in the bathroom floor. The toilet had not been scrubbed in weeks. It needed elbow grease or bleach. The couch was dirty and smelly. When you sat down on it you almost hit the floor. The bed was not comfortable.

Great location and quaint - liked the pool table upstairs. Had to leave early due to a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Sue at the front desk was welcoming and helpful in every way. We took her advice and attended The Quarter bar downstairs. She said the band playing were excellent and she wasn't wrong. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Bathroom didn't have any counter space and was small but we managed, and frankly what we expected for an old vintage hotel. We still enjoyed the room and the view. This is just commentary because we weren't disappointed.
