Stayed 1 night. Room was comfortable. Only issue was our room was on the 5th floor and around 8:30AM work on 6th floor was very noisy with hammering and other pounding. Glad we were not staying longer.

Staff was very friendly and it was worth it. The shuttle service was the best ro get around.

we loved everything about our stay. the highlight was doing yoga on the deck in a serene atmosphere and it was free. we loved being so close to everything, we could just go to the shops for an hour then come back to the room to rest. the restaurant was great. and the room was clean, it is an old hotel so the elevators are small and slow.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We utilized the balcony and took our drinks out there from the bar. Very nice view of the park.

Very receptive to extra needs etc

Downtown area It is dark inside, musky smell, humid, noisy, stuffy, old ( of course ), but uncomfortable all around. I felt heavy the whole time I was there. No matter what you do to that building, it is going to be this way! 2 nights was too long to stay there.

Friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable

After the concert we went into the main bar about 9:45, understanding that closing was 10 we just wanted a nightcap. He was clearly annoyed and after waiting about 10 minutes we just told him to forget it. Such a shame that we had a bad taste in our mouth despite all the other staff being wonderful, the hotel being amazing and our room, the Green Room, being superb, unique and quirky.

Check in staff and shuttle service were great. We struggled to get drinks in the balcony bar between 4:00 & 6:00. The bartender was absent from the bar most of the time. We went to Jack Rabbit Bar a little before closing and walked out without getting served because we seemed to be a bother to the bartender.

Great place to stay

Definitely historical. There are so many updates that could be done to this hotel without disturbing the history though. Our room had fixtures like a shelf above the sink that was falling out of the wall, the bathtub was not able to be used except to shower as there was no plug for the drain, just little minor things to update the rooms.

Very fun location and a good place to stay

Water pressure could have been better.

We love staying there. But only wish they would offer a continental breakfast or a few pastries thru the week.

Love the old historical atmosphere. The paranormal tour by Sharon was cool and so unique The restaurant is very good. It is fun to sit on the balcony. The location is convenient to shops. My only complaint is the ice machine quit working

Loved it! Very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location, and I imagine that’s why the owners aren’t maintaining it. It’s downright shabby. The staff is sort of angry and unhelpful. The restaurant is gross with bartenders that are unwelcoming and could give a sh**. It’s kind of a sad place in a fabulous town.
