I have stayed many times in Eureka Springs and this was one of the best. Tamara was such a wonderful host and was very responsive to texts and questions. The location could not have been better as just a short walk to downtown so didn’t have to bother driving. And the breakfast…delicious! All freshly made and beautifully laid out in the quaint front room of the parlor. Already thinking of my next visit!

Beautiful Victorian house, decorated as so. Big comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast. Very nice host. Walking distance to main town area Very steep stairs. 2 sets to reach our rooms. Challenging to climb and carry suitcases

Excellent location and the room was cosy, comfortable and perfectly decorated.

Victorian decor can be a little dark and, yes, the drapes were heavy and dark but the lighting was excellent -- great for reading where ever you were. The suite was very comfortable and clean. I loved the large bath tub. The on-site manager, Tamara, was wonderful - always available to answer any questions and her quiche breakfasts were great. Coupled with fruit and parfait, the breakfast was perfect. My only warning. and perhaps this is on the site. is that there are a lot of hills and stairs in Eureka Springs so if mobility is an issue, perhaps another city would be better if you are planning on exploring by foot. We really enjoyed the additional exercise and loved the Peabody. Can't think of any thing else.

Lovely Victorian style home, beautifully decorated. Very spacious , comfortable room. Good breakfast with quiche, fruit yogurt. Very steep steps to entry, then another very steep flight up to our rooms. But it’s an old home, so unavoidable

Everything was great. No complaints.

Tamara was so accommodating and friendly. Quiet room, well decorated and spotless! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Eureka Springs! The place was SPOTLESS!

Location is great. The site has a great appeal and the room is very comfortable. It does require walking and climbing stairs. Pack light and use smaller suitcases. The room has a 2 person sauna tub with a shower inside it. We are older so access to having a shower was tough. The bath area was also short of counter space.

Pace was amazing. Was exactly what we were hoping is was. Perfect location. Right by everything. You could sit outside and here the music from The New deli. Great bands. 5 stars all the way.

This place is fantastic! Secluded but easy to get to. In the winter, the view of the town at night through the windows is amazing. Bed is super comfortable, sitting room in front is great, and the bathroom is huge. The free snacks are a nice added bonus. We stayed in the Sapphire Room both times we’ve been here and it’s probably where we’ll always stay.

Not having it available 2 nights

The Peabody may be the best B&B I’ve ever stayed at. The details were second to none, and my wife and I felt completely at home, even if it was just for one night.

Beautiful room, beautiful location

It was a very quaint cottage that had everything we needed from wine glasses and a wine key to a Keurig and plenty of k-cups. It had two TV's, a very comfortable bed and lots of nice areas to sit outside and enjoy the view, which was an incredible view of downtown. The double jetted tub was fantastic and great for soaking in after walking all day. There were plenty of toiletries if you forgot anything. The indoor stairs are treacherous in the Peabody cottage. My sister and I both fell down them, even with the sign up. We didn't realize how slick they actually were. We didn't get hurt and it was kind of hilarious but at the same time, an older person may want to avoid the cottage and stick to rooms in the main house.
