Everything was very nice. I loved the pool and tge outside amenities. The price of the breakfast scared me off. I was realy looking forward to a breakfast buffet supplied by the hotel. But 30$ a person for breakfast is just way out of line. 25$ per person, 30 for a couple, would be more desirable. I'm bummed we missed it.

Staff was great!! We had a very short window to schedule, we went to rest from a loss in the family. It was perfect to heal our hearts and rest, thank you! We hope the cleaning staff enjoyed our bed mummies and we may have caught a picture of a ghost in the window behind our daughter! :) lol

Location was excellent More room in the Pizza Restaurant. Paying $102.00 for the food, but having to carry it to our room to eat. Not nice.

Breakfast, charm, the pool/hot tub, the staff were so sweet and very knowledgeable. I had so much relaxing fun I forgot the place is dubbed haunted lol

Great experience definitely on my top list of travel destination The bar was so busy.It was difficult for the staff to service tables in a timely manner at no fault of their own

Love atmosphere Rooms need big updates. Carpet should come out of rooms ( I’m sure beautiful wood underneath), bathroom needs better lighting, rooms all need fridge& microwave. Ours had leaky fridge is all. Also nowhere to plug any chargers in. Rooms need lighting and a bigger TV (32 inch doesn’t cut it) for a room that’s over $300. As much as I love the Crescent probably won’t stay again until they update?

Room was hot with AC turned all the way down, the bathroom smelled like urine, and we were supposed to have a refund on two nights that never came

The staff at all levels were very professional. 4th floor cafe food was great and affordable. Shuttle service was prompt and flexible. Breakfast menu was thin with not a lot of traditional options and too expensive. Went downtown.

The tour guide was awesome. The breakfast was delicious and the waiter was awesome. The bartender at the pizza restaurant was awesome as well. The guy who would meet people and sit down customers at the front door of the pizza restaurant was very rude and to other staff especially.

Fantastic and unique historical hotel! Highly recommend for its great staff and all the amazing history that you can see and experience. Exceptional bar and pizza too!
