I did not care for the guide who led the ghost tour I took (9pm). Very rude.

Love the location. Did not expect it to in the middle of a residential area, but thoroughly enjoyed walking it & meeting the neighbors! Delightful. Enjoyed dining on the Balcony & breakfast in the Crystal. Thought the buffet & menu could have a few more choices, but was delicious & service was great. Wish I remember our server's name. She had a long brown ponytail & was very attentive. Went to the spa (thanks for the discount) & enjoyed a massage. Again, wonderful, & staff were lovely. The water in the shower (Room 107) was cold & never would get even luke warm. Maybe it was one of the ghosts?? - but youch!

The shuttle to and from town was a great bonus. The hotel was cool. Enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the hotel. If you like a vintage hotel, there is nothing to not like about this hotel.

Loved my room Hot tub closes too early. On site bars close too early

I like that they took something historic and made it fun to visit. They have a daily agenda for their guests, everything runs like a clock there, they are very accommodating. Loud air conditioner, you can hear people above and in the hallways, lots of movement in the hotel due to constant activities.

It was in a beautiful spot , and the hotel was great. I wished they had microwaves in the rooms. I know it is an old building and it is probably a safety hazard, but we could heat up our leftovers from the restaurant.

The room was beautiful. The room was way too small. No table to eat at. It was hot in my room, had to ask for a fan. View of outside was blocked from both windows. The ghost tour was a waste of my money. I bowed out early during the tour. Also I didn’t like being taxed twice for my room. I mean that’s how they get you. We were charged a resort fee and didn’t do anything. I went to get breakfast & was charged almost $5 for one egg and $5 for one piece of toast. Then the system wasn’t working correctly so I had to cancel my order. It wouldn’t take either of my debit cards.

History!! Really neat building and town

The history and the notoriety of being haunted. Getting to it!!! Driving the narrow curvy roads to get to it.

The service. Always polite and helpful Nothing

Scenery and architectural details of the past Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The rooms and bathroom needs attention. Mattresses are in need of replacement. Carpet dirty feel to bare feet. Double beds are too much in a room.

Location Cleaniness, moldy bathrooms, old and historic but no excuse for dirty moldy bathrooms, some staff very rude

Location, ambiance and Staff The quality and selection of the Sunday Brunch was mediocre and the price gauging obvious for This meal.

Beautiful historic hotel!

I loved all of the activities that were offered for free in the evening time. There is a slide and swings and a variety of games outside that we enjoyed. All of the staff were very kind. The price seems very excessive for this hotel.

The room was great. I loved the original fireplace. The room was spacious too. The claw foot tub was functional too, which is such a unique feature. I also loved the brass keys instead of a key card. Everything in the hotel is "a la carte" which adds up quickly. We spent more money than anticipated at the hotel. Perhaps there should be a package to include breakfast each morning, or something equivalent.

The ghost tour was very good. My room was spacious and the bedding and bed were comfy. The swings down by the pool were a nice touch. Plenty to do on the grounds. We didn't get to use the pool area but it was very nice. The Skybar patio has a nice view, service was slow and food was ok. The cats that live here are sweet too Nothing
