Breakfast was great and it’s a short walk to downtown
-
It was not within blocks of town but not far. Told you could walk there but we were not able to do that. It was very quiet and comfortable. A very nice breakfast and coffee were delivered to room. Amber who hosted could not have been nicer or more accommodating. She was very nice and communicative. A very pleasant place to stay. Be aware there are a number of steps to some of the units.

The hostess was friendly and helpful; the breakfast was amazing. The room was nice.

Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner kept the room cool (very hot day) but it was like having a B29 in the room because it was so loud. The person I worked with was very nice and helpful with suggestions for dining and suggested places to visit.

Great location. Very charming stay. Breakfast was excellent. Carriage house was efficient for our needs. A bit too cramped if you want to eat inside. We opted to enjoy breakfast on the private deck instead.

John and Amber were super nice and helpful. Location is very convenient. However, the room we stayed had urine smell. Pillows had body odors. Bedsheet felt soggy and had long hairs that would stick to our clothes. We had to use the blanket we brought with us and slept on the blanket with our clothes on.

A Cute, clean cottage that was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.

The property manager was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the place and the area. The breakfast was delicious! The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to The Crescent Hotel and downtown. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

Great hospitality & breakfast!

We were surprising upgraded to the cottage which was very nice. Breakfast was very good and arrived exactly when requested we did not get a choice but it was very good. Parking was behind the cottage and had to get there by a very skinny road which we were lucky a car was not coming the other way because there was not not much room to pass

So cute and cozy. Very nice if your tired of the hotel feel and you want to stay somewhere that feels like staying at your aunts house. It was very peaceful here and still close enough to all the fun stuff to do downtown. Amber was amazing and made the best breakfasts! We got to pick our breakfast time and if we wanted it in our room or on the balcony. We chose to eat in the balcony and watch the white squirrels playing. We had such a great time and will definitely stay here again! The only thing I wish I had was a wall mirror so I could check my outfits lol.

So cute, breakfast brought to your room, and a big jacuzzi tub! The shared kitchen is an added bonus!

I loved the deck and the spa tub! While it is suuuper close to downtown, it is a little bit of a hilly walk to get there.
