I want a full refund! Sheets had red stains. A car was parked on the back patio outside the sliding glass door. Front desk sign said no refunds after 10 min. Asked for a refund in under 10 min. Would only refund 1 night, $---- Refused to stay ther

We didn't stay at the hotel, they called the day of our reservation and said they no longer had a room available due to issues with the AC. Tried to move three people to a smoking room with one king bed.
