Royal Inn

It was a convenient location for my stay there. Mr. Patel was very friendly and helped me out a lot. I would probably go back again.

I knew I wasn't staying at a 5 star hotel but I think I got what I bargained for. The room was clean, pool was nice, staff was nice and the parking was close by. I will stay again if I'm in the area next time.

The bathroom needed work as there was things broken or not there.

Location An extremely poor condition, including the furnishings and the bedding which were stained and everything smelled like cigarette smoke and they were ashes in one of the drawers. The room was in this repair extremely poor quality for what was paid and I believe Booking.com should make things right for reimbursing me half of what I paid.

The room and service met our expectations.

We wanted an inexpensive, clean room with a comfortable bed and an easy to operate TV. This hotel was just that. Nothing fancy, just clean comfortable and safe. The room and service met our expectations.

Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed.

Great stay this time around

It was a nice little motel. It was pretty clean but could have been cleaner. The mirrors were dirty and the curtains were falling down. The beds were pretty comfortable and the pool looked nice. We had to leave after one night due to a family emergency but not sure we would have stayed due to my aunt inviting us to stay at her house. My husband said staff was okay but when we asked for a refund, they weren’t sure we would get one. I understand that but it was out of our control.

Said we left the room dirty but I actually left the room better than most ppl would since it's a motel with cleaning service. I checked out at 11am on the dot but they rushed me out from 10:30 and kept knocking saying that we were late. Place is a mess bugs in the beds and room in general definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the headache and just spend a couple more bucks for the quality inn on 441

The swimming pool would have been a plus but it’s unheated and was out of service at the time we were there. Not great soundproofing, we could hear the TV of neighbors through the night.

The sink was wobbly and easily moved at the slightest brush against it, it kept me worried that it was going to break. The room itself was right behind an area where employees would cook and by the sounds of it do laundry. I kept hearing the ladies shouting at each other in what sounded like Spanish. I spent most of my stay hearing them yell but not clearly enough to make out more than tone and pattern.

The good part, bed was very comfortable, ac worked great, and strong water pressure in the shower

The place sucks the room stinks like mold or something, the air conditioner doesn't work, the parking sucks,
