Hilton Garden Inn Evansville

Everything was great. The price of food and drinks are extremely overpriced. I hope they pay the food service staff well because the price justification needs must be salary based.

The breakfast to me was for consumption. There were children playing in the fruit with their hands,the bacon was over cooked and there was a $14 charge for the buffet. The cashier was very nice and only charged for what we got. The room was very nice.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a great location

A housekeeper banged on our door at 8:30 am and then tried to enter the room but couldn’t because thankfully I had the secondary lock in place. The same housekeeper returned and banged on the door again at 10:50 am and this time demanded to know when we were going to be leaving (checkout is at noon). As we left, I stopped at the desk to let them know this had occurred and was told “oh she must have thought she saw you leave” and “she must have been trying to get that floor done so she could move to another floor”. So basically it was our fault for not leaving as early as the rooms around us.

The entire staff were all very nice and helpful. I did not care for the $50 refundable deposit for incidentals.

Convent in town plenty of parking . We had issues with I guess a toilet issue next to us an smelled crap all weekend . We complained an heard crickets other then the maid said they were getting it cleaned up . Spa didn’t work at all . One lady was snarky an rude in my opinion . Alittle dated in some areas .

Hotels lead me to believe there was breakfast it allows you add on for 6.00 but hotel says it 14.00 a person. Def inconvenient

It was clean and the staff was nice Was told we could order breakfast by the front desk, but then the "restaurant" woman said we had to do the buffet. There was trash every where around the "lake". Ants in the room. The pool was murky.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious The garbage was not emptied during our 5 day stay. We only received towels once and the toilet paper had only a half roll when we got there I had to go down to the front desk numerous times to get dry towels toilet paper and additional garbage bags I would think that during a 5 day stay the room would be serviced. Also realized on our last day that the microwave didn’t wirk
