Staff are always excellent, friendly and helpful. The property is in need of some basic maintenance: cleaning the hallways carpets, clean the elevators, ensuring bathrooms are very clean and appointed with the right amenities. Close to shops and main roads. Decent value.

​Upon check-in, the employee at the front desk visibly upset—informed my daughter and me that a threat had just been called into the hotel. While she mentioned she believed it was likely a YouTube prank, it was unsettling to hear upon arrival. We checked into our room, went down for a swim and a dip in the hot tub, and everything initially seemed fine. ​However, around 11:00 PM, someone aggressively rammed our room door in a direct attempt to break in. Thank God I had used the internal deadbolt and security latch, or they would have gained entry into our room with my daughter and me inside. ​I immediately called the front desk. The gentleman who answered said he would be right up to check. After waiting 15 minutes with no updates or presence, I called back down. He informed me he didn't catch anyone and speculated they must have left the 2nd floor before he arrived. His guidance to us was simply: "If it happens again, just call the cops." ​To be told by hotel management to call local police ourselves after an active attempted break-in—with zero visible security effort or follow-up from staff is completely unacceptable. Disappointed to say the least.

The breakfast was not complimentary and the beds needed a complete upgrade. TOO FIRM?. Softer mattress needs put in rooms.

Refrigerator in the room did not work.

Everything was great. The price of food and drinks are extremely overpriced. I hope they pay the food service staff well because the price justification needs must be salary based.

The breakfast to me was for consumption. There were children playing in the fruit with their hands,the bacon was over cooked and there was a $14 charge for the buffet. The cashier was very nice and only charged for what we got. The room was very nice.

Clean room, friendly staff, and a great location

A housekeeper banged on our door at 8:30 am and then tried to enter the room but couldn’t because thankfully I had the secondary lock in place. The same housekeeper returned and banged on the door again at 10:50 am and this time demanded to know when we were going to be leaving (checkout is at noon). As we left, I stopped at the desk to let them know this had occurred and was told “oh she must have thought she saw you leave” and “she must have been trying to get that floor done so she could move to another floor”. So basically it was our fault for not leaving as early as the rooms around us.
