Friendly , the room had a little kitchen that was convenient. The room smelled like dog pee! Stood there for 8 days no house keeping, had to go ask for towels but you can only get them after 3pm, put a full trash bag out so someone can take it came back it was in our room?? Said they don’t do trash have to go empty it outside yourself. But other than that the stay was fine.

The location to highway The rude receptionist at front desk had an attitude while checking in. The beds were not comfortable. There were multiple vehicles at all hours of the night doing random stuff in the parking lot. So with that said the the price paid for the room was way more than it should have been

My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Parking was good.

When I arrived at the hotel, they stated it was overbooked and turned me away. The front desk worker said that he would initiate a refund on his end. I checked in with Expedia the next morning and they had not received any refund request from the hotel. Multiple Expedia team members and I tried to contact the hotel, but the front desk was unresponsive to all phone calls.

We were staying for the weekend but only stayed one night and went elsewhere. We will avoid these properties in the future. When we originally showed up the receptionist said she didn't have a room for us despite a reservation. She was able to make some arrangements to get us in. However, there were guests after us who did not get a room despite having a reservation. We had got this place because it offered a kitchenette, yet had zero dishes. This was beyond disappointing.

Something was badly messed up with the booking. We did not even get the rooms - the staff said that the hotel was overbooked. Extremely unhelpful front desk and we were left in a lurch

The bigger problem was that every other hotel nearby was booked as well, forcing me to have to sleep in my car… I suffer from sleep apnea and am unable to sleep without a CPAP machine, so I wasn’t able to sleep all night and had my weekend trip effectively ruined from being tired the entire time. I was also not offered anything that could’ve helped remedy the situation. I was simply told that they were sorry for the inconvenience…

No cups, mugs, plates or silverware. It would have been nice to know that you have to bring all of that in order to use the kitchen.

Great value for an overnight stay. Vending machines did not work. Coffee vending was terrible. But it was clean and comfortable

I didn’t like reusing towels and no ice machine. The only staff I can honestly say was helpful and worked the hardest. She would run the desk, mopping floor and cleaning windows everyday I was there. Shoutout to Karen the one who does it all. Great customer service.

No way to contact, had to go twice to check in. Person at night was awful. Not being able to contact, spent 2 hours on the phone. No one knows anything. And the night person that checked me in was horrible.

Its location We got a room with no latch and couldn’t lock both from inside and outside. Also, its floor was wet like it was just mopped. We complained and were offered another room. So many people at the entrance, most of them just smoking and seated outside, it’s so uncomfortable for people who were going in. I was not pleased

Nothing Staff was unfriendly, hole in the door of the bathroom, blood stains in the bed, and we were told we could not sit at the tables in the lobby. I will never go back and don’t know why a reputable company like Booking had them on their website. It was way to late in the evening to try and find another hotel after our drive there. Very disappointed.

The hotel was convenient for my purpose. The elevator makes horrible sounds.
