Sunrise Inn

The staffs were very helpful & nice-frontdesks(night, day, weekdays, weekend) & housekeeper. The towels,sheets, bed cover & blankets were at least 10-15 yrs old. The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. I wanted to rest but couldnt, due to the adjustment i had to deal with in the room. The bedside lamp was broken & the outlet was down i had to use extension across my headrest to make it work. It’s the only thing that is bright enough to enable me to read & do paperworks. Coffee is available, depending on the frontdesk staff. I would had been okay if it was value for money. At least there would had been a reason for the savrifice. The cost is high versus the service. But i found a perfect hotel which is even more affordable than motel6 & sunrise inn that has all a guest can wish for. So i had to transfer. My compassion goes to the nice & sacrificial staffs. But no matter how they wanted to please me as a guest, the rooms, amenities, condition & situation of the hotel & the room get up could not help them & could not be farther from reality that they are already unusable & unfair to the guests actually. Thank you for the stay anyway.

Beware, the property management demands a $100 deposit in CASH only, no credit card, at check-in. This was not stipulated on the Hotels.com website. The place is OK but a bit worn out. Carpeting is old and felt "sticky" and the bathroom (although clean) was in need of repairs. Heater worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. Mini-frig was working but was in need of cleaning (cleaned it myself). Amenities are limited and only two towels, no cups. WiFi is secure but is slow. Lots of off street parking. Location is behind a strip of retail stores (look for the Wingstop shop), and their sign is low to the ground and a bit hard to see. The Everett Mall and lots of retail are nearby. Hey, you get what you pay for. This definitely a budget motel.

I didn't like my toilet overflowing in the middle of the night. Took an hour to mop up the mess with the one towel they give you.

There was not one redeeming quality about this motel. The room was disgustingly dirty & the blankets had cigarette burns. The tv didn’t work at all & there was absolutely no air conditioning

I liked the price that’s what brought there but oh my goodness it needs a good cleaning!

Is good location The bed is inaceptable need new bed and the toilet is jam all time is to old and the carpet is inaceptable.

Pillows were terrible. The room had stains on the floor. Baseboard frames and lamp shades were dusty.

Front desk was rude

They have cockroaches I would never stay here

There was garbage all over the room on the side of the bed, behind the TV? The TV didn't even work. All it was was snowy, static, this room, It was terrible! There were lipstick stains on our sheets. They made, let's pay a deposit of a hundred $ cash deposit and charged us $50 for 2 dirty towels at checkout day -Which one of them was ours, to begin with since they only gave us one towel, one wash cloth and one hand towel

Comfortable bed What Breakfast!! Did not Provide towels, etc. for two people. Room was not vacuumed. Wrong sheets on bed, too small to allow tuck-in

Nothing The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. There was mold growing on the wall, and you can see the stains of juice boxes and all kinds of things that had run down the wall that were still on the wall and not cleaned. I think I would have been in a more sanitary environment sleeping in the parking lot. And when I told the front desk about it, he acted like he didn't give a s***. And a fire hazard of live electrical wires, hanging out of the ceiling where the smoke alarm was

To many people at night walking Is close to burger king

complimentary soaps/lotions, yeah there was none of those. For a two person stay they gave us one towel and one hand towel.

Not bad

Room was spacious and comfortable. TV was disappointing. TV took time to scan and the available stations was poor.

While the service person was pleasant and was accommodating as best they could, the hotel itself needs some major remodeling as the room we stayed in seemed like it was far past its time and the hotel grounds looks very dated and old.
