We were inside our room and the security guard came in without warning.

Cheap option. Black mold above shower, room smelled like dog piss, no fridge or microwave, is about the size of 1/8 of a room twice the price, is across the street from a methadone clinic, the hotel staff have no manners.. or worrying about people smoking, or doing drugs vs cleaning, making it comfortable and welcoming , being hospitable, or offering other services such as food or spare towels.

The room was not as advertised. There were bodily fluid (?) stains on the shower floor, the air conditioner in the room did not work, the window did not open and the room smelled terrible. We checked in at 3pm and there was a person sitting in a single chair in the small front office. The person’s body odour was overwhelming. We left immediately after check in and returned at 11:30pm. The same person was still loitering in the front office and playing video games on a laptop. I decided to leave with my 9 year old child and make the 2.5 hour drive home.

I had a bottom floor room The employee behind the windows was very rude and made no effort to help me get a hold of my bank was having problems my phone was stolen, after 2 hours of un assistance I got checked in and no T/V OR Wii fi when I came back to office because room phone was inoperable I came behind her while she was slandering me and my girlfriend to another employee I was a regular customer and don't believe I will ever come back unless comped for that night first.

The room was clean. Air conditioner worked. The beds were not that great

It was dirty, the bed was broken, I had 2 pillows to 2 rooms (I reserved 2 rooms), i had no bath towels and when I asked for some I was told I had to bring my dirty ones first and they argued with me about having them. The bathroom smelled of cat pee, the tv was broken, I had one light that worked. The ice machine was broken, and my door was broken and wouldn't locked. They refused to move me saying it was fully booked

Exceptional

They charged me 803$ for 1 week ridiculous. This place is constant partying outside all night every night people camped out on every walkway loud music .overdoses every day police cars,arresting people.it is the worst motel I've ever stayed at.

It was clean The towels were tiny and the pillows were almost flat. There wasn’t any shampoo for the shower. The lighting was bad.
