$15 parking fee. They tried to update but very low budgeted. The carpet floors were sticky.

There’s a busted up barbwire path to a homeless camp. The hotel smelled. The curtains made loud noises when opening them and the wall mount for the curtains was hanging off the wall by screws that were way too long! Would not stay again.

The lobby, dining area and room were all clean and smelled great! The breakfast was great and everything well stocked. Staff were all kind and considerate. We always love our stay at Holiday Inn Express!

Overall, the stay was overshadowed by an unpleasant experience with the General Manager, whose rude, arrogant, and overly controlling behavior made the front-desk interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Stayed there Sep. 5th-6th. Ashley was so kind and understanding. Went above and beyond helping my with an early check in and a late check out. I didnt get the guys name working the counter at night but he was so kind as well.

First night was great no problems. The second night a group of people came onto our floor at 330am screaming, yelling, running down the hallways being absolutely obnoxious! They went into a room 3 doors down from us. Blasting their music continued to scream and yell. I went down to the front desk to let the staff know. The staff member went up same time as me and confirmed that it was room 330. We were in 337. I assume he went back down to the front desk and called them and told them to quiet it down. Which they did but only for about 30 minutes. They started back up and were loud the rest of the evening till 6am! When we left we asked for a discount since the staff didnt stay on top of the issue. Not only us were effected. The whole floor was. People were coming out of their rooms to see what the ruckus was about. We didn't sleep hardly at all! Was very disappointed staff didnt handle this better and stay on top of it. We paid almost $400 to not have the respect and decency to sleep. Was not impressed. The fact that people dont have respect that there are other people there sleeping is absolutely insane to me!
