Stay was nice someone peed in the stairwell and I slipped and fell in it also my phone made a god-awful screeching noise so I couldn't talk to the front desk

Staff Room smelled like smoke and bath tubs didn't drain well rooms also smelled

The room was clean but the furniture and floor were sticky. The elevator was out of service and the hall ways smelled like cigarettes and animal pee.

So if you want to stay in a minimum Security jail, then stay at this place. More than likely, the elevator is gonna be down for weeks if not months on the end. Since the elevator is broken, you get to enjoy the aroma of the stairs. They’re sticky the handrails are gooey. Is just all kinds of nasty and it smells like a piss pot. There is no security on site so you have tweakers running rampant in the parking lot and when you tell the staff about , it’s like they’re OK., we haven’t started talking about the room yet, another fun fact about this property is that they don’t have a pullout so you can park check-in and get your luggage out of your vehicle and then go find a parking spot. Nope you need to go find a parking spot and since there’s very little parking, it’s all the way at the end of the parking lot as far from the motel entrance as possible. And then you get the lug all of your suitcases and other belongings across the parking lot. Did I not mention this is in the state of Washington it rains a lot? You can only enter an exit the building from one location and that’s at the front lobby. The room that was a gem in its self, the carpet was so heavily soiled. It looked like a crime scene. The furniture was sticky and tacky. We had to wipe it down before we could use it. We had to wear shoes to bed the first night because we are too damn tired to go down and argue about the carpet. The bathroom didn’t even look like anybody done anything to it other than put a half use toi

The only thing that we don’t like is the breakfast it’s not really good breakfast because they only have oatmeal and coffee and not the muffins very tiny not too good. It’s not presentable to the guest.

We needed a last minute hotel room and this was exactly what we expected. Rooms weren't new or fancy but clean enough for the night. Staff was lovely and polite and it was very quick to check in and get to sleep. Room is exactly what you'd expect for the price. Photos of the property are accurate. Unsure about the amenities as we just came to sleep for a few hours.

Property was less than good. We were given a 3rd floor room and then were told the elevator was not working. The room had an overwhelming cigarette odor. We asked for a different room. The 2nd room carpeting was entirely stained. When we asked about that we were told that all the rooms with carpet have awful stains. The 3rd room we were shown (and were told was our last option) had sticky hardwood floors, stained sheets and small , what appeared to be, droplets of blood on the pillow case. The staff was friendly. The property is awful.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

I had issues with my sink and toilet. It took them 5 days to address my concerns. I wrote an email to corporate they never responded back or acknowledge receipt of my email. Hotel management finally moved me to a different room.

I think location is good The smells in the building is bad it smells like pee in the room and on the hallways

The place just felt dirty, there were stains all over the couch, I could see under the couch how dirty it was. The table was very wobbly and there was a weird smell coming from the ac I can’t really describe
