La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Everett

Breakfast was not good. Probably only deserves a 2.5 rating

Parking on site was free. Breakfast was pretty good. The rooms smelled. It wasn't bad but definitely stayed in better

I paid through Expedia then unbeknownst to me till I checked our bank account after getting home we were charged again and a different price upon check in. I'm still dealing with getting that reimbursed as it's only been over a week. Very frustrating!!!

Room was average to below average. The place was musty, homeless lined the alley you have to travel to get to the hotel and the breakfast was not good at all. We got locked out of our room and multiple of us had to get our key cards reset. Receptionist that luckily was there, most of the time it was unmanned, was nice and helpful.

They served the same thing for breakfast every single day. Biscuits and gravy.

Super clean, excellent staff, fast WiFi, breakfast, rooms are tucked in the hotel and don’t overlook the outside which felt private and safe.

Front desk staff was amazing. Unfortunately the room connected to us was loud and inappropriate. While that is not the staffs fault, they were unable to make any accommodation to change our room so we didn’t have to hear loud intercourse from 12am to 7 am. That made it hard to get a good night sleep. Bathroom needed attention when we checked in but that was resolved immediately which was greatly appreciated. Overall we were pleased with the staff. The surrounding area is not safe at night for those looking to stay in this area.

Staff was lovely but room carpeting was gross…the breakfast was not good. Awakened at 10:30 pm to leave hotel due to gas leak. Very mediocre stay…

As a silver lining optimist, even I had a hard time turning the rest into positives: -the whole 3rd floor smelled of cigarette smoke for a "smoke-free" hotel -I had to move rooms twice, once bc of the cigarette smell, thumping loud music through apparently thin walls, and a TV so blurry I was getting a migraine; and once bc the TV didn't work & the AC sounded like a dentist drill to my eardrums -the desks were wobbly, nearly collapsing -the bath faucets were leaking or malfunctioning -the rooms/bathrooms looked more like a 1 star motel than a La Quinta -doors slamming at 6a due to the door control arms being improperly calibrated -the cafe is closed off and chairs upended and unavailable after breakfast which is obviously uninviting, even for paying guests -the shampoo & conditioner dried my hair out and the lotion pump didn't work Definitely the least restful night I've ever spent in a hotel. I couldn't comment on breakfast bc a late night natural gas evacuation coupled with doors slamming at 6a led to me falling back asleep exhausted through breakfast.

I canceled my visit after being there for 20 mins. Homeless and drug addicts hanging around out skirts of parking lot, room had a moldy smell, damaged bathroom door from water, highway noise, loud guest, cigerette odor around building and fridge barely cold.
