24 hour front desk, although standing outside is not extremely comfortable in the cold.

A lot of homeless around the outside of the property

Room was clean. No fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Does not seem like a safe area.
-
Scary with so many homeless & police cruising the premises

There was an incredibly alarming and disappointing experience at this property. Even the rideshare driver was reluctant to pick up passengers here due to the area's reputation and the nature of the local clientele.Safety is a significant concern. During the stay, multiple drug deals and other activities were witnessed taking place right outside in the parking lot. The environment felt unsafe at all hours of the day.The room itself was in poor, unmaintained condition. The bathtub and shower had numerous cigarette burns melted into the sides, and the sink tap was detached. Furthermore, the outside noise was nonstop through the night. This place appears neglected. Travelers should consider these conditions before booking.

We stayed for four nights, and they only clean until the third night. The room has a horrible smell of cigarette smoke. And the general conditions of the property are bad.
-
Extremely unsafe and unsanitary – Do not recommendThe only positive was the front desk girl, who was polite. However, the overall experience was terrible. The parking lot felt extremely unsafe, filled with broken cars with smashed windows and suspicious individuals loitering around, suggesting illegal activity. We also noticed an unusual amount of foot traffic that made us feel very uncomfortable. As a group of female friends, we did not feel safe at all.To make matters worse, the room was in unacceptable condition. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there were cigarette burns everywhere, and the place had a strong, unpleasant odor. The bedsheets were dirty, with visible hair and orange/yellow stains. When we asked for a clean room or fresh sheets, the reception told us their only option was to give us a full refund—which leads us to believe all rooms were in a similar state. Please be careful and don't rely only on the average rating like we did. We felt so unsafe that we had to leave immediately.

It was way too loud. People from Everett were up late at night making noise if they were guests or not. The housekeepers were really banging hard in the rooms with vacuums. The pavement was always dirty and people crossing the motel spat on the ground constantly. I stayed here 5 days or so because I have insects. When I first got here a bunch of people were arrested who were being too loud for hours.

I had to wait about 1/2hr because their online system was down so I couldn't check in. They serve coffee in the morning. The room was ok. The bathroom was small and needed TLC. The toilet didn't flush. No hair dryer, no shampoo, just one soap bar. The location was convenient but I felt not safe. Someone knocked my door at night and left. I saw weird people around the hotel. This was one of the top 3 worst hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. If you are traveling with your partner or family, stay away from this hotel.

I cleaned the room when we arrived for 5 nights - very unclean, sticky floors, cigarette burn marks on tub. Locals call it a working facility for ladies, accompanied by dealing, squatters, fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, no daily maid service , you can see thru the door trim. No blow dryer (I had to go buy one), no shampoo/cream rinse, no tissue. All furnishings worn, broken, stained, no chairs. The absolute worst we've ever stated at.

Terrible room, steined white substance on the wall, steined sheets, sticky floors,

Had to change rooms night one due to leak from upstairs room. Day 2 had to have toilet plunged. 5 night stay and only had room attended to once (on day 2 after only being in room for 8 hours) No shampoo provided and towels were extremely small, rough and ragged. Several animals on property that were loved but loud. They did have security gaurds patrolling on site which was nice and we didn't see any issues with fights etc. Just would not be first choice to stay again

We could not even get a towel for each person, we asked multiple times and they did not have enough for hotel. Room smelt strongly of ammonia, and house keeping did not ever clean the room but we were encouraged to tip. Door does not go all the way down, and overall feels very sketchy with homeless people in the parking lot.
-
Staff were extremely rude. High levels of drug activity around. Will never stay there again.

Dirty rooms, smelt so bad and not safe for anyone to be at
