Hyatt Place at Ho'opili

Excellent staff!

Quiet, well maintained. Close to Schofield base which is were my son works, so it was convenient. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of variety. Very tasty. Had to pay for parking, it was secured. Couldn't enter or exit with out key. So safe! The new transit train stops right close.

Breakfast was wonderful. Enjoyed the outdoor pool with grandkids. Location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful

Hot tub heater was broken and wind whistled through the ac/heater all night. Very lame.

The staff was great, clean room very well maintained property great breakfast

Parking was expensive and very limited spaces available.

How helpful and accommodating the staff was breakfast was a nice touch maybe waffles would be something to add even a chef making omelets would bring in more visitors little things. You could charge for the omelet section.

The only thing is that the exit gate takes forever to open for the guests who have checkout. They need to make that better by giving the guests key card to exit the parking lot.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient for exploring the west side of O‘ahu. We especially enjoyed how peaceful the area felt compared with the busier Waikiki area. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend Hyatt Place at Ho‘opili!

Breakfast was okay. The fruit tasted frozen and barely thawed. My only complaint is that there is no set “adult swim” time. I got to enjoy the pool and hot tub for barely an hour before getting jumped on by kids (which the parents ALLOWED). I also gotta say is that parking gets EXPENSIVE and is NOT CHARGED TO THE ROOM LIKE FRONT DESK SAYS!! I had to pay to get OUT and there were no handicap spots available outside of the gate.

Nice rooms and wonderful staff. Only complaint is the lack of a microwave in the hotel room.

Everything was exceptional, only wished they had free cocktails like it's competitor The Embassy down the road and 50% off self parking. Other than that everything was great 👍

Property seems new and well maintained. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to secure an early check in and late check out. Upper floor room was quiet and comfortable.

Parking is extremely expensive at $42/night. There are fewer than 10 free spots out front. They were open our first 3 days, but on day 4 the hotel blocked them with white cones, forcing guests to pay for parking. On day 5, it was still blocked, and they said it was for loading only, despite it looking like a normal parking spot with no signs. Additionally, the AC rattled loudly. We opened it and found an extremely dirty filter that had not been cleaned in a long time. Cleaning it didn't fix it. On the first day at check in, we requested daily housekeeping at 11 AM. On the 2nd day, we returned to the hotel around noon and the room still had not been cleaned. We ended up waiting until around 3 PM and had to flag down housekeeping to get the room cleaned. After that, we had to ask every day to make sure our room was cleaned on time. Extremely limited bathroom towels. We had to request extras. The TV does not support AirPlay and there is only 1 microwave in the lobby.
