Room and hotel was clean, despite current renovations. The staff was friendly and tended to our needs really fast. Also, the continental breakfast in the mornings were realibly good.

The room was above our expectations. Very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful explaining everything available. We didnt get the breakfast because we got ibuprofen late.. the actual was perfect I got a very nice night's sleep

As a frequent traveler, I rarely leave things to chance when planning any trip I take. I booked this ahead of time to coincide with a layover, before an international flight the next day. My father had an unexpected, serious medical event, prompting us to reschedule our departure, twice. He was released 3 days later, and we had to cut our trip down to 5 days. When I reached out to advise we wouldn't be checking in until a day later, after explaining our reason, I was met with the most grace I'd experienced in customer service in a very, very long time. The hotels.com agent who helped me went above and beyond to reach out to the hotel and advocate on my behalf. Whomever he spoke with in the hotel's management, reassured the agent that not only would she ensure the reservation dates were revised herself, she would also refund the unused night. Neither of them had to do this. After spending all weekend with my father in the hospital, these acts of kindness and generosity are a testament that there still people out there who believe in the Golden Rule, as I do. This property will be our go-to in the future when staying in the area.

There is renovations going on but the elevator had a strange odor like feces and the bathroom floor was lifting up and there was mold. The nightstand electric outlet was so loose our charger didn't stay plugged.

Everything, all was as advertised. Great restaurants in walking distance was a plus! Liked everything

Appreciated the FREE parking! Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold offerings, even a self serve waffle making station. I stayed only one night but, would definitely come back. Next time I'll use the pool and 24 hour gym.

Lots of pillows! Love that! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided! And the breakfast! Amazing! Anything you could want including fresh made waffles! They even have snack bags for the guests at the front desk throughout the day! The staff is wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I'll always stay at this hotel!

Great staff. Pricey. Clean room

Buffet breakfast was included during our stay, it was okay, the only thing they change is the meat breakfast (bacon, chicken sausage, etc.) Our housekeeper was not friendly. She doesn’t replenished the toilet paper even though it’s obvious that she needs to give us 2 rolls. We’ve asked on day one that the conditioner need refilled but it was never done (we stayed 4 days). The front staffs are friendly. There was only 2 handicap parking, they should add more & we noticed, it’s always the same 2 cars were parked. The room we had has a microwave, small kitchen sink, small refrigerator for your water, beverages, a couch, table. Costco is only 5-7 minutes away from the hotel. We didn’t have a chance to use the small pool because we were either driving to a nearby beach, shopping or touring the Island. There was construction going on because they are still renovating some rooms. I would recommended this hotel to friends & family.

Breakfast, staff, free parking Everything was great

Great location Had a package sent to the hotel but they didn’t check their mail so they thought it wasn’t delivered. Went to the post office and they told me that my package was delivered to the hotels parcel locker. It took a few hours to get my packages but overall I had a great experience and would return.

The property was well kept, the staff was very friendly and attentive.
