It was convenient to everything It was under renovation and we weren’t notified ahead of time

The location & rooms where really nice & we were super comfortable

Clean, room good sized Didn’t get room in upper floor bc of renovation yet other people had room on 5th floor

i like the location, it’s next to a new mall, a lot of fastfood chains, restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good they even have breakfast to go, and even allowed us to bring breakfast food in our room. They have ice maker, water dispenser and free flowing coffee, tea and hot chocolate which is open 24/7. Hotel is new, kids enjoyed the pool, Rooms are big enough for a family of 4, and of course the free parking! Nothing beats that compared to waikiki where you have to pay roughly $45/night! Some areas have leak in the ceiling, but they’re fixing it.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, availability, great breakfast, on-site laundry, great spacious room. Refrigerator wasn't always as cold which made us discard some fresh poke (low temperature)

The hotel is around of Mall and a supermarket. We request housekeeping every day and was pretty good. The best was that the parking and Breakfast was free , this is a plus . From the begging we have problems with the room . It was a very bad odor which I wasn't sure where is coming from, I thought might be the floor. The next day they wash and dry the carpet, but soon as i increased the ac a little bit, the smell was back . Taking with Teeana , we concluded that it the ac , so in the fourth day she sent someone to clean the ac . Yay ? ? ? problem solved . They offered us another room, but we didn't want to move . Thank you Teeana for the excellent customer service, also Dee and Jesiree . I called Teeana , my hero . ???

Value and location were amazing Rooms on smaller side but value made up for this

The best part is that everything is near by. From shopping to food. Also the free complemantry breakfast, coffee, tea & hot cocoa. There is also a station where you can fill your water bottles with fresh water!!

FREE INCLUDED BREAKFAST ISN'T JUST A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. THERE ARE EGGS AND SAUSAGE, POTATOES, WAFFLES, AND MORE. THE HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATIONS, BUT I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO MAINTAIN A CERTAIN LEVEL OF DECOR.

Right at the mall for shopping

Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and friendly. Gnats. Why are they everywhere in the hotel. When we were outside there were far fewer gnats.

First, the check in was smooth and the employees on duty displayed much Aloha. I love the location the most of course the free parking can’t beat that. My grandkids loved the pool, I did as well especially the shaded areas. The breakfast was awesome, especially the waffles kids loved it. The dining and lobby area setting is lovely. The all day offer of coffee, hot tea and hot coco was the highlight. The strong odor when we were at the pool.

Location of hotel was great. Included breakfast wasn't the greatest.
