Hampton Inn & Suites Oahu/Kapolei

We had a great stay, the room was clean with a comfy bed. I like that parking is free and plenty. We didn’t use the pool, it looked kinda small but it didn’t matter since we went to the beaches instead.

Its literally in a mall with restaurants, retail stores, move theater etc. right out the front entrance. The staff are very helpful, the property is clean, the rooms are comfy, and the breakfast is delicious, if you're in a rush, they have To Go bag breakfast!!! I highly recommend this Hotel to all visitors or locals. Mahalo, Hampton

Breakfast included, large rooms and free parking!! Complimentary coffee and tea every day!!! Excellent location with multiple choices of restaurants and stores around. Just be aware best beaches in the east and north shore are approx. one hour drive away from the hotel.

Staff noisy in the morning. Renovation going on. Dusty and noisy. Some amenities not available because of renovation.

The breakfast bar was amazing they had a whole waffle bar it was so amazing.

Great location situated as part of a shopping mall so plenty of parking and food choices with a supermarket on the other side of parking lot. Clean spacious rooms and breakfast was good also. Friendly helpful staff and no issues to report. Good place to stay if your hiring a car and want to avoid the parking costs in other areas. We would stay here again.

3rd time staying here we absolutely love this hotel… everything is just so amazing comfortable, great breakfast hope that never ends… love it there

Free parking was a great plus. Many nearby competing properties don't call enough attention to their parking fee thus adding $40-45 to the per night charge. Being located in a shopping mall is a huge advantage. Lots of dining options and the grocery store (Foodland) came in very handy. One small problem was that adjustments to the wall thermostat did not seem to change the behavior of the a/c unit.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Free filtered water. Great location — restaurants and Foodland within walking distance. I would definitely book again.

Nice room very glean we had the suite with the sofa bed. Staff was helpful. The morning breakfast with waffles and hot food was delicious. The hotel is located and adjacent to a mall with shopping dining and a Foodland across the street. close to lots of amenities. Would stay again! Mahalo

Large room and free parking I liked everything

Our room was great just remolded. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Extremely clean. Good facilities business center, guest laundry, pool . Next to outlet mall great restaurants, movie theaters, shops. Breakfast included beware sub par at best. Waffles were ok. Powder eggs and bioengineered potatoes not good.Parking in mall parking lot but designated.

Parking was good. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Rooms are big. View not so good, only could see roof top.

Good breakfast selection. Also had a great view of downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head from the room. Hotel is part of a major mall with a great selection of dining and shopping.
