Rooms clean, friendly staff. Served breakfast

We had a great stay. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was clean, In a safe and convenient area. Our carpet did have two burn marks in it (not cigarette: they were a bit larger) so that didn't look great. There was also a stain in the portion of the carpet that was being used as a baseboard on the lower part the wall, but this did not affect our stay. The room really was clean. The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the wifi was sufficient, the breakfast was good per my teenage daughters.

The hotel was clean, about a 15–20 minute drive to and from campus, and perfect for a good night’s rest. Compared with other options in the area, it was very affordable — about $225 per room for two nights, including tax. Such a great deal for a busy college weekend! Breakfast was good and had plenty of options: coffee, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage/bacon, juices, yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, and more. My daughters also used the pool and said it was great. It was the perfect two-night stay for our first family weekend at UD. The hotel itself isn’t in perfect condition, but honestly, neither is my son’s dorm! For the price, cleanliness, location, and amenities, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely consider staying here again.

The staff from GM Craig Foreman on down was helpful friendly and welcoming.

Location. It was clean, the housekeeping were really nice The people at the front desk didn’t seem very friendly, and also had to change rooms with 3 kids because our air conditioning stopped working

The property was close to the event I was attending and easy to get to. The facility appeared rundown and in need of repair. The shower head was loose, with caulking in sink/tub yellowed and dirty looking. The toilet paper dispenser was hanging by loose screws resulting in the toilet paper flying off the roll and into the trash can with the first use. The extra safety lock on the door was broken. The price charged for the room, was not comparable to the accommodations.

You asked me to take a survey of the Wizard of Oz when I finished. It automatically changed to a survey regarding the Clarion. I really was not willing to take that survey.

Place stinks…. Terrible rooms and room 305 had a huge hole in the floor.

The A/C worked fine. Microwave didn't work at all. Staff was friendly. Parking was good.

RUDE woman running this establishment laughed at me because I accidentally booked my stay on the wrong date and then refused to help me change it. Instead, she made me cancel it online and then had to re-purchase another room. And then they take your credit card and they put $100 hold on it. The hallway’s smell like curry to the point you want puke . addicts working on the property living here. I would never advise anybody to stay here. lady treated me like I was a criminal. Spend the extra money and go somewhere nicer. Do not go to this place.

Very close to the event we were going to. Lots of food choices within walking distance of the hotel. Nice I door pool. We would stay again.
