Dirty rooms, drains don't drain.

Very clean, great customer service. the hot breakfast was a bit misleading. it would be helpful to have a chair in the rooms.

Hotel Is Currently Being Remodeled Did Not Make Me Aware Of That Not Very Clean When I Called Before Booking Bathrooms Was Dirty Pool Out Of Order was Sent Across The Lot For Breakfast And The Pool Elevator Out Of Order Called Before Book About Accepting Church Tax Exempt Letter Was Said They Would Be Able to Honor and Remove Just The State Tax Waited Until Check Out To Let Me Know They Was Not Going To Honor The Tax Letter

Night crew awesome morning crew not so friendly Rooms wasn't stalked or cleaned daily towels and toilet paper wasn't brought in trash was full when we got there

Close proximity to where we needed to be. We are Hilton Honors members, so we gained rewards by staying at a Hilton hotel. Carpet was filthy in room. No free water at check in. Person at check in not very welcoming or informative. No decaf coffee out at breakfast. Beds were not comfortable. Bathroom extremely small compared to other Hamptons we’ve recently stayed at during our trip.

The location was great. Close to food and for the arena as we were attending an event. The beds were comfortable and spacious bathroom. Loved the amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast had good variety each day There was no microwave in the room, which was what I was needing. The door to the room would stick. The elevator is in such a weird space making it difficult to navigate the cart carrying luggage for a family of 4.

Friendly staff. 2nd day breakfast was good. Room was small and smelled like it had just been sprayed with a pest control substance. 1st day breakfast was horrible.

Decent location or weight Patterson and clean albeit dated and no smart tv - probably overpriced for 200 Property a little dated with non smart tv and pool actually way over chlorinated even with dirt stains in one end

Had to ask for the room to be cleaned and restocked everyday! Clean the room and restock everything, I should not have to ask for the room to be cleaned!!!!

Good location Breakfast staff and product availability was somewhat lacking. Only one juice selection was available and it was watered down way to much. Scrambled eggs were on the line but ran out and it took quite a bit of time to be replenishef.

The best breakfast I have had from a hotel. Looks like there has been some damage perhaps caused by past guests. Looks like they may have a lot of college type guests and perhaps they have done some damage. The hotel has appeared to be trying to fix these issues.

Location The tub flooded water everywhere. The staff just gave me towels to clean it up and treated me like I did something wrong while it was clearly a broken infrastructure. They offered no room change, and no refund.

The location was perfect. Didn't clean the room everyday.

It was in a quiet area. The eating area was dirty and worn out. Who puts carpeting in a eating area where all guests commune. Rooms were comfortable but worn out. Swimming pool water was extremely cold. Only one ice machine for the entire building and it was broken.
