However the hotel is very old!! It smelled bad!! Outside my room smelled awful. Tile was missing in the shower wall. Refrigerator was wobbly. While convenient, I will not be staying there again.

The cleaning lady Rosa was great (the one that cleaned my room every week). The location is very convenient but the price that you have to pay is very high compared with the quality of the facility.

The staff was kind and helpful. A big thank you to Maria who provided me with a computer cord after I had forgotten mine. Highly recommended to stay.

Very smelly I could not handle the piss smell sheets smells too crack heads everywhere homeless with their dogs never again!!

Great stay

Horrible horrible horrible, I don’t really recommend nobody to rent this place, it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been in honestly, I rented a king suite and the same time I got in the suite it smelled like mold, I went to the bathroom and found hair left in the bath tub, disgusting, next day went to eat breakfast, the only thing I found was cups of coffee, bc that was their only “BREAKFAST” this is an incredibly non recommended place to ever stay, even if you’re just passing by !

Because of my mobility issues I prefer the motel style lodging so I can park right in front of my room so this was the nearest to my dinner destination. I was grateful that hotel receptionist was welcoming and allowed early access. I was surprised I could barely squeeze between oversized pickup trucks to park in front of my room. This signaled that there were a lot of long term guests, supported later by the outdoor chatter that lasted until after midnight. I got ready for bed only to discover no TV remote. I thought I would call the guest for one but there was no phone in the room to connect to the desk. The wall lamp on one bed side had been pulled out - wall not repaired. Floor could have been cleaner. Bed linen had stains. "Extended Stay" and no kitchenware? The exterior paint trim was badly peeling. Very disappointing.

It’s a hotel on a 30 minutes distance from DC prime attractions and that’s fine. Clean room clean amenities clean surroundings. Courteous staffs. The only thing we didn’t like was the wrong impression about the breakfast. We hardly had anything at breakfast as there was nothing except some coffee and cereals. Because of that we had to spend the morning hour in searching of outside food joints before heading towards sightseeing. Other than that, it’s a sweet spot to rest without any discomfort. Good luck

The beds were ok, but the bathroom was pretty awful. The sink was completely clogged. The shower/tub were very worn out and may have been clean but because of the worn areas looked suspect. I would not stay here again.

Location, clean Kitchenette not equipped with anything, no coffeemaker, killed one cockroach in the bathroom.

Breakfast

Clean. But that's all I can say about it. Everything else was broken or not working right.

Close to the hospital. The room itself was clean. I wiped all surfaces and they were clean. Updates are needed. Bathrooms are stained, the room had that old musty smell. The doors into the rooms needed freshened up and the locks fixed. Could really use an overhaul.

THERE WERE ROACHES, RUST AND TINY BUGS CRAWLING EVERYWHERE. THE TOLIETS WERE FLIMSY AND COULDN'T TAKE NORMAL FLUSHES, I WAS SURROUNDED BY GANGSTALKING SMOKERS THAT WALKED PAST MY ROOM EVERY HOUR. I WILL ADD THAT $--- FOR THAT ROOM WAS A SCAM. UGO2HELL

Well kept property. There was quite a bit of noise stemming from occupants of other units, easily heard due to the style of the property.

The bathtub was failing apart there was a large spider on a web in the tub. The fridge was not clean and there’s burn marks on the floor by the toilet
