We really enjoyed our stay

The wiring was faulty. The hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. The hot water did not fully work in the shower. There was no artwork.

All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and cordial. The cleanliness throughout was excellent. It was very nice to be surrounded by forest and a nearby large pond. All the restaurants and coffee shops were 10 to 20 minutes away but it is a case of not being able to 'have the cake and eat it'. The hallway on floor 9 was too cold. Elevator no. 4 was too loud. The sound quality of the restaurant and bar was cavernous and not cozy and I think it was over priced.

I was up for a medical appointment and my friend and I chose to stay here! It was perfect. The staff was so accommodating to us and the rooms were very clean and comfy and we just had a great night. We dined in the restaurant for appetizers and wine and it was great! I will definitely be back on our next trip! I highly recommend the property!

Parking. Covered parking has plenty of space, but felt remote and isolated.

In addition, my room key would not properly unlock the door, and I was told I had to pull and push the door a certain way just to get into my room. I have never experienced this at any hotel. To make matters worse, I was also charged for two breakfasts when I only ordered one. The combination of poor service, unnecessary delays, and an incorrect charge made this stay extremely disappointing. I am requesting that the extra breakfast charge be removed and that management consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.

If you value a restful night’s sleep you should sooner sleep in the dumpster in the parking lot. Let me explain. This property is incredibly old, and poorly maintained. The walls to the hotel rooms are not sound-proofed and are paper thin. You will be able to hear the guests in the next room snoring, and every word of every conversation they are having. Furthermore, the doors to each of the room are extremely heavy and there is not a slow spring release on each of the doors to prevent them from violently slamming when they close. Because of this, you will be woken up every hour throughout the night each time a guest in an adjacent room closes their door. The doors are so heavy and close with such extreme force that they shake the walls and the entire walls of the guest room reverberate. The doors close so loudly that you can hear and feel the walls shake when a guest room three doors down closes. Add to this matter, that each of the three nights I stayed here there was a wedding or chaotic event each night. This caused havoc in the elevators and lobby with drunken guests milling about and causing noise disturbances until 2 in the morning slamming their doors and running up and down the hallways. One night I had to call security because drunk guests were running down the hallway as late as 2:30 AM. I got absolutely no rest at this hotel due to the poor design of the facility.
