Great location, service and staff. Food was really good, place was very clean and quiet. Would definitely visit again!
-
Parking is paid via a third party and by the hours so even if you have a late checkout, your parking session will expire when they expect you to check out.

Everything was great
-
Nice place in a quiet woodsy corporate park off 495. Walking trail and a lake are nice, felt safe.
-
No amenities. Paid for parking. Which was always full. Rooms had a moldy smell.

Consistency. My first choice to stay in the area
-
The room clean and stuff very friendly

Hotel was spotless. Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Outdoor easy parking with some shading. Plus garage parking attached by walkway that is easy to drive in/drive out.
-
Room and facility very clean. Staff incredible! Very professional and helpful! Outside property is beautifully landscaped. Large green area outside. Beautiful flowers and trees. Parking is a breeze. Lots of outdoor parking and parking in an adjoining garage. You do not have to drive down under the hotel to park. Highspeed internet was dependable. Gym is big with lots of equipment.

I drove four hours and chose the Marriott Fairview Park because I expected a comfortable stay at a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. After entering my first room around 9:30–10:00 PM, I went to use the bathroom and found that the toilet seat had visible urine stains on it. I immediately went to the front desk, explained the situation, and they changed my room. The second room was in noticeably worse condition. It appeared much older, with scratched walls, peeling paint on the door and corners, and the room had a dusty smell. I also noticed there were no complimentary bottled water bottles, which I feel is a basic amenity that many hotels provide. After parking my car and returning to my room, I couldn’t get the door to open because it was stuck. I went back to the front desk, and they told me they would send security to help. I returned to my room and waited outside for about 10 minutes, but no one came. I called the front desk again, and after waiting another 5 minutes, someone finally arrived. The security staff confirmed the lock was working, but the door itself was sticking badly and had to be pushed very hard to open. By then it was already late, and I was exhausted from driving, so I decided not to request another room. I simply wanted to relax. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working

Great staff and stay A pleasant surprise

Really?

The room was clean, but very old. The A/C worked intermittently, there is no fan in the shower, the floors are older carpet. The rooms nowhere near the modernization of the lobby area. They charged $18 for parking as well.

It's a very nice place but it's not near anything. It has a limited resteraunt bar and a nice gym the room wasnice clean and comfortable.
-
Convenient location to needed sites, Great restaurant....loved the chocolate mousse! Breakfast was great too@
-
Another disappointment was the Wi-Fi. Despite speaking with both Marriott support and the hotel staff, I was never able to get it working during my stay. I ended up having to use my phone's hotspot the entire time, which was frustrating and used a significant amount of my mobile data. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the rooms and amenities could benefit from modernization to better match the Marriott brand.

Nice, clean, spacious room, comfortable bedding. Hotel has Starbucks downstairs. Parking on site with fee. EXCELLENT.

Room was clean, the staff was friendly. I think having to pay for parking is crazy I think the rate is already high and on top having to pay for parking
