Breakfast offered many options. Pool area was small but well maintained.

Our room had a very unpleasant odor. Only staying one night and not in the room that long so did not ask to move. Used Febreeze spray to help. Carpet was ripped up in a few spots and the shower door would not fully close. Bathroom was very small. Lighting is very poor. Doorknob from the second floor stairwell is broken and unable to open. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Would not book it again.

Comfortable stay. No frills. Good breakfast. Pool may need cleaning. Ice maker in main building was not working. Need more than 1 ice machine in the main building.

Couldn’t say because they cancelled on us at 9:30 PM while in route. We literally were in route at 9:30 PM and received a phone call that they had cancelled our reservation. The ETA WAS 12:30 AM and had a kid in the car. Totally unacceptable!

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The only negative was the ice machines on both floors were out of order. However, they may have had to wait on an outside professional to fix them.

Room was not ready at 3:00. We did not check in until almost 4:00. Difficult to get extra pillows.

The bad: slimy live bug in one of the 2 queen beds, shower leaked despite trying very hard to stop it - the doors didn't keep water from pooling, and a door handle from stairwell into second floor was not working forcing me to go back down to take the elevator. Pool is nice. Gym was sufficient

The location was very central to our travel plans, breakfast was plentiful wit options, and I like the coffee machine, over all very clean facility the pool water was very warm and not clear

Only problem was the pool looked dirty and the only ice machine in the building was broke. You had to go to the other building for ice.

Be careful of properties that say they are pet friendly. My room smelled of pet urine. That was the second room. The first room the AC didn’t work. It also smelled of pet urine. I was very much shocked because the hotel had a 9.2 rating. Definitely will never stay there again.

Cinnamon rolls and freshly ground coffee were good The floor of the elevator was all torn up, looked terrible, and was a tripping hazard. The bathroom did not look very clean when we arrived.
