This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. It seems that the night we stayed (June 26, 2026), there was a boy's little league baseball team also staying in the hotel. On the Friday night that we stayed the hotel's policy is that the pool is open until 11pm. That's fine. However, it seemed the entire team was out at the pool yelling and screaming until the pool closed, and then proceeded to run up and down the hallways until 11:30pm. We complained to the front desk, as I believe other guests did also. The woman at the front desk said there was nothing she could do. Having a policy where the pool is open until 11pm is one thing. Allowing the yelling and screaming that disrupts the stay of other guests is a completely different matter. This convinced me that I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and convenient location. Cleanliness was good but there are a few stains on the carpet and some dusting that gets missed. Don’t use the Keurig (gross); the staff puts out coffee in the morning.

The staff has always been very nice and professional. The bathroom door would not stay shut or lock and the shower was unique with either really cold water or really hot water, no in between. We have stayed there for a couple years on Easter or Christmas time, it seems the maintenance isn't keeping up with the age of the hotel.

Loved the pool area. There was fun seating areas and lots of chairs and tables. Plus a room to play games and watch tv. Our whole family enjoyed staying and the kids had a ton of fun. We were able to order food from the restaurant and eat it in the pool area too. Which was great so the kids could still play.

Outstanding staff, spotless room, heated pool. 10/10 for value and comfort.
