Quality Inn Fairmont

AC in first room did not work. Front desk was very helpful in moving us to a new room. The AC there worked but was not great. Beds are not that comfortable. Hotel is outdated and in need of a remodel. Still a decent budget option with a decent breakfast offering if you are just looking for a place to get some rest.

Small insects flew around in the bath, apparently seeking water. The room had been deorderized prior to our arrival. The odor from this was over the top. Was there dogs or pets in this room previously? The room and the entire motel was very humid. I do not plan to return.

Conveniently located off the interstate but the motel needs renovations. Room smelled musty, window screens were tore, the paint was bubbling on the walls from high humidity. Motel needs a better ventilation system. Carpet in the hallway was stained by the swimming pool area with white spots which I’m sure it was from the chlorine leaking into the hallway. The continental breakfast was awful. Rotten bananas put out and the oranges you picked up and all of them were squishy and rotten. Not impressed and will not be staying there again.

Property is not maintained well.

It was simple but very clean and well maintained for this price point. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The receptionist was friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Overall property was fine as we passed thru. Room was nice for the price. Breakfast and staff were great.

Staff was friendly The key card situation was ridiculous. I had to have my card reactivated multiple times and we only stayed one night. This hotel needs some serious upgrades. It should not take me swiping the card 20+ times to access my room. And this occurred even after I had to walk down to have my card reset at the front counter.

The staff' especially front desk clerk Jackie, are absolutely the best!

property and staff were very nice. My only thought is they should turn up the temperature in the hot tub because it was lukewarm, which is not very refreshing after a day of riding.

All night long when ever come in or out, the door slammed against the wall in our room, so unable to sleep well.

Overall clean and quiet. Could use some maintenance but our room was good. It's convenient location off the interstate makes it easily accessible for I-90 travel. The rear entrance door is cloudy and could be replaced. Holes in the stairwell walls could be patched.

There was a bug in the room. That somehow followed me home. The bathroom fan didn't work. The bathroom could of been cleaner. The room and bed seemed clean. The breakfast was pretty normal for a hotel with the waffle maker. Staff was very friendly

Staff was great

Friendly & helpful staff, pool and hot tub are perfect temperature and clean. Hotel is located right down the road from a Walmart Supercenter, and there are plenty of fast food chains nearby as well for your convenience.

Bathroom mold

The hot tub, nice rooms, good breakfast. The pool and the room it is in was pretty cold.

Convenient location, just off freeway.

This motel is in a great location and it was clean. The staff are helpful.
