Sonesta Essential Fairmont

The fridge did not work. The TV did not work. Moved us to another room which was just the same. no fridge, no TV. Bed soo so, breakfast very plain, poor selections.

This hotel did the trick but it was definitely lacking. The biggest down side for us was breakfast. The room smelt a bit funny as well, but breakfast was quite disappointing.

Friendly efficient staff. Clean well maintained room.

Avoid at all cost this place is NASTY! The photos listed here would seem like its a completely different place. The outside is rundown and not clean trash all over. I walked in and then thought ok may be this will be fine. But, as soon as you leave the main common area it either smells like cigarette smoke, weed smoke or dirty gross people. I arrived late but it took 4 room until they got me in one that wasnt completely nasty. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets and got out of there first thing in the morning.

Door handle didn't work properly and when I asked, I was told "It's a know issue and we get that a lot" Place was dirty and the lights outside didn't even work.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was extremely minimal

Hotel was clean. They have breakfast bar but I didn't try it. I had a suite and it was roomy, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely return to this hotel.

It was a nice and quiet stay.

Rooms were nice and clean but the receptionist would not help us fix our RV or give us another remote nor would she put us in another room, so we had to go 2 days without a television, very disappointed with the help I received with this that could have been a simple fix on their part!

Clean room and facility. Great prices for the rooms. Good location near shopping and restaurant.

The only roll in the room had less than a dozen sheets left on it which was not enough for the both of us I didn’t notice until the next morning the facial tissue dispenser was empty The second trip to the desk was for towels and washcloths The only thing they could give me was one washcloth and two hand towels I was told that everything else was in the clothes dryer. That was at 9 PM I asked if she would be so kind as to call me when the bath towels would be ready for me to pick up, however no call ever came The bathroom floor was sticky,, but only around the base of the toilet

I arrived at 9:00pm and my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait until 10:30pm before I got into my room. This was after an 8 hour drive from Michigan. The room was disgusting and smelled like cat pee. The front desk was useless. I left and paid more out of my pocket for a different place. DO NOT STAY THERE!

Quiet

When ever I'm in the Fairmont area, this has been my go too. Rooms have always been clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. Towels and linens also in good shape. Breakfast isn't anything to write home over but I get a good night's sleep before I have to go back out to work the next day. I've been coming back over the past couple years.

Clean bathroom. Breakfast was just ok. beds were comfortable.

Good choice for traveling and it's easy off and easy on to I 79. Price is excellent and parking plentiful.

The staff was helpful and put a bulb in when it blew out. The housekeeping staff was so nice . Everybody that works here was on point and you couldn't ask for a better staff here.
