Sonesta Essential Fairmont

Breakfast was very poor. The coffee was horrible. I poured it out. Did get a good nights sleep and it was quiet. Bed needs replaced soon.

Room heater rumble.microwave took 2 min to heat coffee. Out of body wash in shower. Towels were stained with yellow spots breakfast was all gone before 6:00 am and no staff to find to request eggs.

The 1st room we were in the TV did not work, there was something red/brown all over the drapes, and there were no bed skirts on the beds. We called the girl at the desk who came to check the TV and decided to offer us another room. In the new room there was a clump hair in the bathroom floor, handle on the drawer was broken, but the TV worked. The desk girl offered to get us ice. She was very nice. Breakfast was lacking. There was no bacon when we got there and we never saw anyone who was working in the kitchen. Also no waffles or pancakes. No one at the front desk when we left. Several couples had left the room keys lined on the front desk. Convenient place. Nice, new bldg, very sad that the rooms are falling apart with minimal care.

I had to view three rooms before I felt like I could get a good nights sleep. The first room was too stinky, the second room was too loud, and the third room was just right. There were a few unidentified stains on the sheets but it was comfortable enough. Breakfast was adequate.

Bad experience room smells weird breakfast is bad plus I can’t sleep from air conditioning noise

I don’t even know where to start . First room we was given had many stains on the rug , candy wrappers on the floor and when the air conditioning came on it smelled like mold . Switched rooms second room toilet seat broken , went to take down a folded towel the was supposed to be clean looked like someone wiped their dirty feet folded the towel and put it back . The towels are old as hell with stains . The dust ruffles on the beds all have white stains , water goes down slow in the sink . I can go on and on this place was a freaking nightmare . We were there for a funeral to bury my cousin and this hotel just added on stress . We had to run to Walmart buy towels and wash clothes to use which took time away from us getting to the church for the funeral service . Never ever will I stay at another one if their hotels don’t care if I have to pay $600 dollars I will pay it . And they have the nerve to charge ppl $159. A night .

Nothing Dirty tub with hair all in it and moldy drain, no lights at all outside. Pitch black parking lot at night. TV didn’t work.

Check-in was easy. The hotel has been renovated so all shiny and new. The bed, linens and pillows were clean, smelled good and were comfy. Bathroom equipped with all shower and soap products. We didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that.

The place was over booked. Everyone had to wait hours for their rooms late at night. The poor front desk staff was on their 3rd day of work at this hotel and left alone to deal with all of this. Bad management. Bad breakfast.

It's a decent hotel. Close to some really great food

Price was good. Tv didn’t work. Needed 2 maintenance calls. No cups/glasses in room. Most importantly I am disabled. I made it clear I nneeded an accessible room. They gave me a full bathtub. I was unable to bathe at all.

Missing smoke detector, wall mirrors above beds were peeling and missing the mirror reflection. Room had dirty towels on the floor upon check in. Exterior parking lot lights were not on at all during the night, big safety concerns

The sink in room 210 was very slow draining. The staff was pleasant.

We put our suitcases in the window seat and there was a storm and everything got soaked.. Water coming out of ceiling and window... We had to have everything dried before I could go to work next day.. No washcloths, no cups, fridge not working, drain clogged no hair dryer and all the lights in parking lot were out so it was dark everywhere.

Clean room, nice people. Upgraded our room.

Rooms are super clean. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is good.This is a really good hotel to stay at.
