Room was very adequate for the price of the hotel. Bed was quite comfortable (mattress not too firm). I was put in a handicap assessable room, and it was not convenient for me to use the shower since I’m not handicapped (water pressure was low and water got all over the bathroom floor). I was one of the last people for breakfast, but from what I could see and taste, the breakfast was not very good. But it was included in the price.

The location is perfect and central to shopping area. The staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was actually delicious. Room was clean, not very spacious but just enough room for two people. Definitely want to stay here again

The room was nicely cleaned.

The room was very clean! The staff was really nice. The bagels were really good. Everything was close and nearby! Overall this is a good place to stay at! 10/10 recommend!!

Went to take a shower no bath towels in room. It was 8:30 pm. Front desk said she was trying to fold them since 3pm and we would have to wait 45min for them. When we checked in around 4 she was sitting in office doing not much. Checking in was an inconvenience to her. I had to ask about breakfast times, never told us about wifi sign in. Told the morning girl Checking us out that the orange juice tasted bad and she smiled and said thanks for staying with us. Never again will I use this brand.

Clean room and comfortable

Reserved a king room. Arrived to be told and then were available because housekeeping didn't clean any single rooms today. Offered a double Queen which we had to take because I was too tired to look for anything else. I'm not sure there was an apology. When we got to the room. There was a pair of socks under the edge of one of the beds. And there were some black hairs on one of the beds. The bathroom wall had lots of nicks in the paint. The lobby is beautiful.

Check-in went smoothly at first. Then we got to our room and it smelled smoky. They gave us another room but we couldn't open the door. Found out we were turning the handle the wrong direction. Opened the door and the bed wasn't made. Got a room on the third floor and it was nice. It didn't have cups for water. Breakfast was good, but there was only one 2-slice toaster. Also no cold water available.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Safe area with plenty of things nearby. Well worth the money.

Upon arrival I found oyr room had not been cleaned at all, and about five other guests around that time experienced the same thing. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When telling the front desk the lady broke down and told us their cleaning staff flaked. She told me to tell the place I booked through and she would approve a full refund.

Perfect for our stay. There to visit my daughter that just moved into her first apartment. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was very nice, place was clean and safe. Will stay again.

Hotel is a bit dated(reflected in price) but rooms were clean breakfast was good with many options. The area was easy off the freeway and very close to lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly. I had previously stayed at a nearby hotel and at over double the price this hotel was very comparable. If you are looking for budget friendly place I would recommend this property

Clean room, staff pleasant, quiet

The property was clean and close to highway. Lots of nearby dining choices. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee. Lots of free parking. We would stay there again.

Second room had a loud air conditioner. Fortunately it was cool enough we just shut it off.

The hotel had no rooms under my reservation.

Checked in at 10pm. At 1020 we realized our toilet lever was broken and stuck in the down position. Called the front desk and the woman seemed thoroughly confused on what to do. I was told they didn’t have maintenance at this time and no idea when he was coming in. So the solution given to me was to move me ‘tomorrow if they have a room available’. This didn’t help me at all since we were only staying for one night. They instead decided to take down my name and number to share with the supervisor to see about getting me a discount since we didn’t have a working toilet. In the morning around 8am I went to the front desk and asked about it. The new person working had no idea what I was talking about and offered me a discount of $21 since that’s all she was authorized to give me without getting in trouble. I have yet to hear from management. Overall the hotel was clean. Breakfast was sub par with sliced bread in baggies for individuals to take. Prepackaged muffins. And a sad display of sausage. Coffee was empty so I didn’t bother with it. Checkout was pleasant. Check in was good but the poor girl working the desk was alone and there were 6 of us in line. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Our bed was dirty as well as the hand towel that had bloody boogers on it. The staff was super nice and did apologize and help us get clean bedding and towels. However, their housekeeping needs work. The 2nd floor roof drain next to our room was plugged so it caused a musty/moldy smell.
