Staff was so nice and helpful. Beds were so comfortable. Usually I struggle to sleep at hotels but I had really good sleep. Only complaint would be the blankets. They were thin, and it was like I was sleeping with the window curtain.

Reserved room with king size bed. Only had 2 double beds available. When we got in the room one of the double beds was already slept in. Still food and beverages in the refrigerator. Used wash cloth on bathroom counter. Toilet seat broken and I almost fell off the toilet. Told front desk clerk and she did not seem too concerned.

Check in was flawless. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Great location. Definitely will be my go to while staying in the area.

Breakfast was good!! Price I paid on line was good price.Booked my stay online.It was cheaper. Noisy at night...kids crying, making noise.. Didn't appreciate that. I dont think the staff liked that I booked on line..It was a better price, then calling hotel directly. I was told I might not have a room even though it was booked and paid for..I didnt believe that!!! To much noise at night 11:00 o'clock pm. Kids in hallway and noise in rooms.

They added a few things to the breakfast bar. Coffee is great. Staff is wonderful. This is my second time staying there. Easy access to everything in the area. The rooms could be swept better. But not complaining.

I don’t have enough words to express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel whether it was morning or night they are always super nice and lovely people and they are always keeping the place clean they are very resourceful I love this great food a few steps from the hotel and grocery stores less the 1/4 of a block I will seat here again and again !!!!

Shower Broke 2nd night wouldn't stop running, they did move us to another room however there was un picked up trash in the hallways. Wont be back.

Stayed at Super 8 in Fairmont, WV and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
