They offered a 10% discount at DJ's Diner next door where we had a very good breakfast. That was a 5-star experience.

Room was directly across from vending machines and washer/dryer area and was very noisy. A/C in room was extremely noisy so I turned it off. Bathroom was clean and usable. Used the coffee maker. I did report the AC in the morning at the front desk. The price was very affordable for just an overnight stay.

Made a reservation and paid in advance. Checking in they tried telling me that the king room I had paid for wasnt “in their system” and instead told me I had a two full sized bed room. I showed my re root and reservation confirmation. The front desk guy just kept trying to click buttons and was like sorry not working, system won’t let me.” I said call a manager at first he was like “I don’t think he’ll answer” so I insisted he try! Seemed like simple customer service to me. They then said that since prices had risen (well after I’d reserved and paid for my room) due to football games I’d have to pay more for the room I had already paid for! Also said it showed I had booked through hotelbiz and not Expedia. Basically their system was all messed up and they tried making it MY problem. All staff acted super shady too. Something VERY off about this place. It was dingy too. Don’t stay here!!

The hotel is old, and it’s not maintained the best. The pool is out of service and it doesn’t look as though they plan on fixing it. I was there for five nights and my sheets were not changed once, I received new towels twice and the trash was removed from my room daily. Breakfast is about as normal as you’d expect, and wasn’t the worst hotel breakfast I’d ever eaten. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows lacked in comfort and they don’t have extras, so take your own. Most of the TV channels don’t work, so I was lucky for my own streaming subscriptions I could watch on my phone. I booked the hotel because it was cheap for what I needed, and if I needed to save money I’d stay there again, but if I have extra, I’ll be staying elsewhere for a bit more of a comfortable stay.

The lobby and hallways are filthy. The room smelled like a mold factory, otherwise it was clean and the breakfast was excellent and eating area clean. Place needs attention and a DEEP cleaning!

The current photos are misleading; it might have looked like that years ago; but it’s so dirty, poorly maintained, and due to the warmth throughout the hotel you could smell the old smoke and moldy areas. Staff was lack luster; very just matter of fact, almost sleepy. When we actually got into the room; the furnishings were so filthy, I wouldn’t put anything down and we left out the back door… ironically it was a back door that didn’t latch due to rust!

Breakfast was fine. Will not return.

The place is absolutely filthy. I don’t think the bath tub has been cleaned in years. The toilet seat had smears and the towels are grey and stained. I do not recommend it

Quality Inn Corporate should be ashamed to have their name associated with this property. The back doors had NO LOCKS. The carpets were stained with God knows what. The stench in the hallways was atrocious! I will NOT be going back to this property. On the flip-side, the staff I encountered were very polite and friendly.

The rooms were clean but outdated. Shower was for a 5 ft person. Carpet was damp. Quality Inn needs to get back to puttting a full ironing board in the room. Staff was great. Breakfast was ok. Biscuits would have been great and bacon. Parking was good. Oh get better pillows.

We traveled 5 hours to watch our daughter play soccer. All we wanted to do after a day in the heat was go back to our room & with TV. The TV was not working correctly. The front desk informed us after calling down there that only channel 25 worked. That was incorrect as were on another channel at the time. Supposedly the manager came to our room to help. He informed us that the one channel just wasn't programmed in. It was Spectrums fault. We asked if we could try a different TV in a different room, that this one just wasn't working correctly. After a brief talk, he finally agreed. A guess what, that TV worked correctly! All channels. Afyer switching rooms, there was no shampoo in the shower. The air would not stay on, & the breakfast the next morning was pitiful. Cold eggs & sausage in a warming pan, that apparently wasn't working. It was horrible experience! I hate we & our children couldn't enjoy our visit with oldest daughter in college near there.

Very nice people. Our original room had a smell of cigarettes and they immediately changed the room. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, waffles, and typical cold breakfast ite.

I loved my stay here. I had stayed weeks at a time during my work contract. It does get noisy at times with loud guess slamming doors and thru the night hours, but that's anywhere. Great diner across the parking lot.

Carpet stains throughout. The shampoo/conditioner bottles were not attached to wall so they were laying on bathtub. Everything except the sink countertop was very dated. Even though the showerhead looked very old, it did work well.

Carpets were very dirty and smelled bad, while staff was good and helpful, breakfast was also good with different varieties.

Terrible smell in the property—mold and cigarettes. The bathroom was and the staff were kind.
