Emerald Necklace Inn Bed and Breakfast

The Inn was exactly what I was hoping it would be and more. My mom and I booked tea so that we arrived a bit before check-in. Our room was ready on time and our stay was extremely comfortable. Anna is super sweet and was welcoming from the moment we met her at the door. The breakfast was really good and made to order and the homemade scones at both tea and breakfast were fantastic. We plan to stay again. It would have been good to know when we made the booking that rooms were all on the second floor. We made it work, but given that you couldn't cancel it'd be something I think should be noted in advance.

We did not stay here. We made a reservation through booking.com and when we arrived, we were told there was no room available.

Beautiful room, tea room was unique , breakfast was absolutely delicious and Anna was so friendly! I loved everything!

Okay Only one chair in the room (No.4) and the room is not the one shown in the picture when booked through booking.com which was bigger and nicer. The balcony’s chairs don’t have cushion covers and are very filthy.

Made to order breakfast choices and fresh fruit. Quiet location just uphill from the Cuyahoga National Valley. Easy access to freeways to get downtown. Close to bars, restaurants and grocery stores.

Excellent breakfast. Host went out of her way to serve us early. She was also there to supply extra wash clothes. Some toilet water noise.

Ana is already like family! She is so sweet and hospitable. I forgot my dress at the BB, and she drove to my house to return it so I didn't have to drive back. That is definitely our to go place for a quick getaway/ date nights!

Being upstairs was not the greatest but also not a show stopper it was a really nice place.

The hostess was wonderful. She made us breakfast every morning and made sure we were comfortable. The location is also only 9 minutes from the airport. The room itself was very comfortable with a clean bathroom and an outdoor balcony. There were bathrobes set out for us too. I would love to come back here. Nothing

The host was awesome. When they say custom-made breakfast, they mean it...I got exactly what I wanted (fresh fruit, juice, pancakes) It felt a little bit like staying overnight at grandma's...complete with the steep steps up to the bedroom. The place was impeccably clean. The setting is unusual. Out front: a busy street and a small parking lot. Out back: a deck overlooking trees and a trail of the Cleveland Metroparks system. I could've spent a few hours out there if I had time. The daytime traffic on the street in front. However, that was hardly audible from my room upstairs in the back.

Great location and great breakfast. The fact that it wasn’t just a bed and breakfast, but also a tearoom, was cool! All our local friends said they had passed by it but never tried and were really interested. We recommended it to them. Overall everything was phenomenal and we would certainly stay again. My only critique is that the honeymoon suite’s bathroom doesn’t have a fan. Recommend installing one or providing febreeze. Thank you for everything!

Breakfast and service from Anna was exceptional. Location on a busy street so kind of noisy at night and used earplugs. Would’ve liked a trash bin in the room in addition to bathroom.
