lovely property, the staff was very accommodating and understanding as our reservation came in at midnight due to last minute cancelation from our previous location. the staff helped us find a room and be comfortably accommodated. my only comment would be the soap and shampoo provided in the room. i personally did not find it to be enough for 2 people. other than this. we would definably come back again.

Rooms clean and tastefully renovated. Grounds and surrounding areas lovely - waterfalls, rocky grottos, grass, trees. Very peaceful. We are not golfers but imagine this spot would be ideal for that. Highly recommend.

Our room was very comfortable, nice in size and clean. The staff was nice but not very helpful. There’s no EV parking on property. The front desk attendant did not have any idea where the nearest EV charger was. There was no room service. When we called the restaurant to order pick-up there was no answer. We tried calling house keeping for extra towels and due to an electrical outlet not working and there was no answer. We also had to call the front desk multiple times before getting an answer.

Beautiful hotel.

The property is nice, quiet, and for an older property the room is modern, big and clean.

The property was peaceful and like that all the rooms have outdoor patio.

We attended a wedding at a nearby winery. Although we live in San Diego, we decided to spend the night close to the venue. I was pleasantly surprised by Pala Mesa. The rooms are nice, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

Here for our pre-post wedding nights. Wonderful resort

Very quiet. Clean. Comfy bed. Really nice room. Friendly staff.

Overall, a nice property. We booked 3 rooms, 1 of which was an ADA room. This room was equipped with a bathtub, rather than a shower. The chair in the room had no arms and was on rollers. Both of these are not accommodating to those with mobility issues. In addition, there a very loud party on the balcony of the room below us, complete with strobe lights. We called the front desk and it took at least 30 minutes for the group to quiet down. Nice place, but definitely do not consider if you have a need for an ADA room.

Everything is good Nothing specific

We were very disappointed about the pool not being available.

The staff was amazing. The room was very quaint and beautiful and clean. The bar was convenient and had breakfast for us in the morning, but was not included in the room price. Parking was complementary.

I did not appreciate the lights continually going off. I had to get out of bed and stand up to get them back on.

The rooms are renovated and clean, but the buildings are old, there was a smell of the old building. It is a nice place, but a bit remote.
