Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

Please do not stay here. Property is ugly, dirty, beds are uncomfortable, pool is dirty. Only old coffee with grounds. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no pastry. Only old waffle batter and old coffee. The hotel has a strong odor, toilet clogged. Pay a few more dollars and stay with dignity somewhere else. Will never. NEVER NEVER stay here again. Please don't get fooled by the pictures.

The property is not clean or kept up to standards. Pool was brown and the room had so many issues it should not have been rented. Dirty sheets the tv had poor reception and the audio was garbled. Refrigerator did not get cold. Mold in the bathroom area and the light had a big hole where they never sealed it after installing it. Floor was coming loose and the connection strip was broken. Could have tripped or gotten a splinter. Found small bugs coming out of the hallway in the morning. Filthy light switches and the soap holder was filthy. The towels were the only clean items in the room. Chair arm was so dirty you couldn’t see the pattern. Not keep up and don’t feel the management cares. Not worth staying here. I’m requesting a full refund my entire stay was disappointing in this run down property.

This place is pretty dilapidated. The staff was kind and helpful but the property is really run down

Most Quality Inn Suite are in good condition but this one was the exception. The location of this Quality Inn was great and easy to get to. The outside of the hotel was looked in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The is where the nice part of the Inn END. The room was very worn-out, missing a room phone and most amendies were broken, like the ice machine, the juice for breakfast and there where no more bottles of water. The bathroom shower needed to be thoroughly clean and the ceiling light bulb was missing the cover fixture. Now I know why my non-smoking room was very smoking that night. The cover for the ciling light was a vent and allowed smoking from other place seep to room. I read this hotel reviews from another site and it had a few issues. But when I checked another reservation site, there were many bad reviews of this property. I would not give this property 2 rating, like others. Though from mymany travels and especially stayed at other Quality Inn in differnt cities and states, this was the worse experience ever. I hope people read reviews from different sites, just to double check on the quality of these hotels.

Poor confidential breakfast, only coffee. We need ice for our ice chest . machine was located in the front office and only allowed one pound of ice per room. The shampoo bottle was empty . Only to towels in the restroom. I'm very disappointed

Our room was ok, comfortable bed The exterior was run down, no wash cloths in room, the price was too high and there was homeless people and guys drinking outside that weren't staying there

The property was not very well maintained, there were dirty towels piled in the hall, our sheets had blood stains, and the “breakfast” consisted of waffles, corn flakes, and a few oranges. It was not great.

Stay away from this place at all costs. Only one of my lights worked in the entire room. Bathroom lights didn’t come on. This place is awful.

I booked a king standard room online with no issues. Checked in around 10pm and no one was at the check-in desk. After a few, a young lady walked in from outside to help & we were assigned our room. We started making our way to our room. We noticed that the property didn't appear to be well kept. Also we noticed random broken things around the property. We saw a broken fire extinguisher case near our parking space. No fire extinguisher & just broken glass. We also saw a large broken glass window just layed up against one of the walls by the swimming pool. Once we entered our room we noticed a very musky smell right away. So, we decided to put on the a/c right away. We were then shocked to see that someone had tagged inside the lid of the a/c control panel (ghetto). Once we put our things down I made my way to the restroom. BIGGEST shock out of everything. Apparently the check-in person decided to give us an ADA room for a handicap person. What!? That is NOT what I had booked. What made it worse is that we did not have a door for our bathroom. So weird..... The bathroom looked horribly cleaned and maintained. The floor was coming apart, the entry way to the bathroom was coming apart, broken window in the shower, dirty soap dish in the shower, in the shower & a random long hair in the shower wall. Was this bathroom even cleaned? I should've went back to the front desk to bring up these issues. But, we were just so tired. We decided to bring it up to the staff in the AM.

That it's close to the place I was visiting, that's why I rent there. Last time I stayed there it was better The lights in the restroom and entrance way did not work and I had to shower with my flashlight and use my flashlight at night to go to the restroom. We got the room by 3pm so we didn't notice the problem till we arrived back to our room late at night and the phone in room was broken I couldn't call the front desk. I asked for compensation but the clerk said I had to contact owner.

No coffee tray to make coffee in room And some random PILL in coffee water fill tank Side bed table sticky dirty Asked for extra pillows king size bed with only 2 regular size and 2 little pillows and office said they did NOT HAVE EXTRA'S and if I wanted more blankets I have to come down to the office and get them. Ice machine's out of order Asked for bottom floor due to bad knees they said they didn't have any and on my way to the stairs you can clearly see many many with all windows open and clearly available!!! Breakfast area in office coffee they didn't have any more ALL GONE BOTH men's and women's restrooms were OUT OF ORDER!!! AND STILL NO ICE-OUT OF ORDER WILL NEVER NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Everything was very nice clean room very close to my location where I want to be Pain the $100 deposit and not knowing if I'm going to get it back so far I have received it in my bank please let me know when it is done thank you

The property is poorly maintained. Our room was dirty, appeared to have stains on the walls on the bathroom. Pool and jacuzzi were full of algae.

The room was nice and clean I like to book in a hotel that offers a nice hot breakfast. The breakfast was actually pretty disappointing, they only had coffee, juice and water, cold cereal, and batter for waffles.. I was hoping they would offer scrambled eggs, oatmeal or even some pastries or bagels with cream cheese. No variety. Had to go elsewhere to get my kids a real hot breakfast.

The stairs were dirty Going up to our room. The room smelled bad not a good experience and would not ever stay here

Absolutely disgusting place. The pool and jacuzzi aren’t usable and the floor in our room was filthy. Wouldn’t stay here for free.
