Location is very convenient for my travel purposes (visiting family). Accommodating for my pet traveling with me. Easy check in/check out. The bed is a little too hard. The pillows are little too soft.

Close to where needed to go We got a room ,after we got settled down we found out the front would not lock and they could fix it. We had to pack everything and move to another room. On the second day while we was in the room in bed with the do not disturb sign on the door a maid on the door went in , when she saw us she turned around a left. That had never happened to us before, it was not a good experience.

Hampton Inn is always my go to hotel however I was disappointed with my overall stay. The breakfast was the most disappointing staff were not refreshing items leacing people waiting.

Hot breakfast, nice staff . During my four nights stay only one elevator was working used for both guests and for services There was strong cigarette smoking odor which make feel uncomfortable specially at night although I have booked non smoking room .
