Clarion Inn Falls Church - Arlington

Not well maintained from outside , the stairs to the hallway but the room itself was clean with a clean bathroom except a roach we saw under the bathroom door and some weird smell the entire time

- less than 150m away from bus stops - next to 7-11, IHOP, and other food places The breakfast is good, you got options. The pool and the gym was worth the experience. The staff was very helpful and give recommendations. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay and will book again.

The staff was rude and not helpful at all we waited 10 hours to have our room cleaned while they actively refreshed rooms that were not being used. We stayed for four days and had our room cleaned once and it wasn’t even cleaned just garbage bags fixed. The pool was open fully only one of the days we were there one of the days the pool boy turned away multiple people trying to swim saying it was closed when I called the front desk they claimed it was open but he left an hour and a half early. When we needed things they would constantly tell us they we had to come down and get it because they are the only employee in the building. . But employees would be walking around. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend!

Good hotel for a quick night stay

Pros: Breakfast is decent. Staff nice for most part. 15 minutes in no traffic to local sights.

My biggest complaint - which I didn’t have time to share with the front desk would be on my second night I stayed I was woken up twice by crickets crawling on me in the sheets. Not the same cricket unless it was a zombie cricket. The AC struggled to keep up/maintain an even temp through the night. Under the window unit. Almost seemed like it would turn off if it didn’t sense movement. These are more personal preference - didn’t affect my rating: The bed was harder than I like/and pillows way way too soft. 7 of their pillows = 2 regular ones The shower pressure/temp was decent, but very low shower heads. Approx 5ft-5.5ft high. I’m 6ft+ Room layout was nice, I liked the suitcase slot on the furniture. Iron/ironing board in working order & good. I like that there was no carpet. Overall, I’d stay again as a last resort, but I didn’t really get a good nights rest either night I stayed.

This was a very basic hotel. It was clean but sparse. I think it's mostly used by workman who are on a job. We wanted to use the pool. It wasn't even open till 1:00 in the afternoon. I would not say that this is the best choice for older people

It has a restaurant in the hotel with a bar. The hotel has a decent breakfast buffet in the restaurant from 6 to 10 AM as well as a free shuttle to the nearby metro station. I will say that I found the restaurant in the hotel, disappointing as it has a limited menu of what I believe is Ecuadorian cuisine. Although the restaurant offers pizza, the only two choices are cheese or pepperoni. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant for those reasons.

This property comes up as “pets accepted” in Expedia search but I learned after a 250$ fee that it’s NOT a pet friendly hotel. Very upsetting

When traveling the included breakfast is important to me because that's one less thing I have to worry about.

The staff was the best! Breakfast was ample. Dinner was reasonably priced. Shoutout to the desk staff for finding me a handicapped room on the first floor.

Breakfast had powdered eggs, potatoes and ham or sausage --the saving grace was the waffle bar. Donuts or muffins looked like they were smashed everyday. one fruit provided daily. Staff not at desk but slept well in the waiting area. Never again.....

Nice clean room. Parking on sight. Fair price with breakfast included.
