Clarion Inn Falls Church - Arlington

The room door was extremely difficult to open. It would get stuck every time, and we often had to kick it with our foot just to get inside. The bathroom shower curtain was old and in poor condition, and to make matters worse, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The biggest issue happened the next morning. After breakfast, our key cards no longer worked. When we went to the front desk, we were told that one of their employees had accidentally checked us out at 6:00 a.m. We were shocked to hear this because we were still asleep in the room at that time. I have never experienced anything like this at any hotel, and it made us question how such a serious mistake could happen. The front desk staff was also not very helpful. They did not clearly explain important information such as parking or the hotel's amenities during check-in, unlike the level of service I have received at other hotels. Overall, this stay was frustrating and disappointing. Between the maintenance issues, the cleanliness concerns, the mistaken checkout while we were still occupying the room, and the lack of helpful customer service, I would not recommend staying here.

Clean rooms nice amenities and nice basic breakfast.

1.Staff wasn't welcoming us, there is no Elevator to go upstairs .breakfast was very basic.

Room was clean, breakfast was decent..good for the price..would have liked the pool to be opened more earlier instead of 1pm.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful and available parking so did not have to worry about finding a place for my car.

The man working the front desk was very nice. He was welcoming and started the stay off on a good note. The room was nice and clean, warm water for the shower, and breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Great breakfast.

It had easy access on and off a major highway. The pool looked nice but it was full of kids so we didn't go in. The breakfast had a good selection and the building we were in was nice. We were on the second floor and the ceilings were slanted which was cool. One wall was painted teal and the decor was nice. No elevator to second floor.

Most of them. The fan. Big sound make me difficult to sleep.

Clean and friendly staff, food options in breakfast buffet not great

No lift which makes too difficult to move luggage and Ac noise is very annoying

Overall the room was clean but staff did not clean light switches and commonly touched places that should be properly cleaned after each stay.

The hotel room was large and spotless and had new mattresses which were very comfortable The hotel didn’t have any elevators

The rooms were well maintained and cleaned. Staff were super friendly and helpful! Didn’t care for the breakfast but it’s a nice plus. I am planning to come back in the future !
