If you need a clean room that's in a good location, it's great. There really are no amenities and the rooms are very small.

Always a great stay!!! I stay here whenever im in town.

Overall the experience was great. The hotel has an amazing relaxing and elegant smell. Very comfortable and cozy.

I would highly recommend this place for a night to three nights stay great for solo travelers too! Very Friendly staff!

The staff was amazing, greeting us by name each time we encountered them during our 4 day stay. The convenience of having a full service restaurant and bar on site allowed us to ease into the day and relax at the end. Travel is hard, but these amenities made it easier.

Lovely spot - neighbour good spot. Far from DC and transport. Must have car.

It is modern, super clean , all facilities are functional and customer friendly , it is a family owned hotel and it is outstanding , their restaurant Godfrey’s is gourmet , I will always go back to this hotel There is no a metro station nearby but that’s not their fault

The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast and was worth sticking around for. I would definitely stay again if my travels brought me through Falls Church

Great place to spend the night after a show at Wolf Trap. Would definitely use this place again

Only issue I saw was that some of the updates are a little off (bathroom fan is run by a sensor and it randomly turns off; there is noise from the hallway and the adjoining rooms; someone's alarm woke me up!) and getting in and out of the hotel takes more coordination than necessary, I am thinking of people for whom accessibility might be an issue. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, well priced, great staff, clean space, lovely!

Godfrey's Cafe is certainly a highlight of your stay. Food and service are exceptional.

Sweet, little boutique hotel, attached to Godfrey's restaurant. Hotel room was small with very limited amenities. Perfect for one or two nights.

Misleading listing. Their free breakfast is one muffin per room. They act like that is a listing error, but I see similar reviews about their breakfast dated a year ago.

Very minimalistic. The cleaning crew turned off the AC when they left the room . It was sticky every day.

The location. It was clean. Stylish. Nice gifts. The shower seems to be missing a door. There's no iron or ironing board. Staff member wasn't knowledgeable about late dining options. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Biggest disappointment was no coffee maker in room. Coffee available mornings in lobby if you go down to get it but late evening coffee stand in lobby removed.
