Great stay

Good breakfast We stayed for 4 nights, the bed sheet was not change and bathroom wasn't clean.

This hotel was perfect for us. It is located close to my son and daughter in law so is a great place for us to stay. The hotel was pleasant and very clean. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The room was a very nice size, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. It would be nice if you could provide more gluten/dairy free options for people with allergies, that was the only issue we ran in to. We do plan on staying here again on our next trip to this area.

Great location

Large suite just off Route 7 with many restaurants and stores nearby, with available parking, and quiet despite its central location. Hot breakfast was good and everything worked. Convenience store available but pretty basic. Otherwise nothing to criticize.

Although the hotel itself was nice, our room had dirty sheets upon arrival. Throughout our week long stay, housekeeping failed to provide amenities even after requests were made. The front desk staff were friendly but the poor housekeeping made for a bad experience.

Clean and location No swimming pool

The staff asked me to walk to the Metro Station because she did not know there is an F20 Bus to carry guests with heavy luggage to the Station. The breakfast space is a bit small in the early morning when all guests are eating. The price is higher than expected maybe due to the expensive DMV area.

How close stores, restaurants were to the hotel, everything was in walking distance, parking was a little tight, the hotel allowed us to park in any spot, because of all construction going on. Great spot I will be staying again soon. I wish the hotel had a pool. but short of that everything was awesome.

The hotel is in a good neighborhood. Currently (7/26) there is a lot of construction near the hotel, so the way to the metro was not a straight shot. But it took about 15 minutes to walk to the West Falls Church metro. The Metro ride was only about 23 minutes to the National Mall.

The rooms are fairly new. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable! No complaints at all!

The staff here were exceptional. I appreciated how well they answered each of my questions. Both checking in and checking out were smooth. I arrived after midnight and left very early: both times, the night shift clerk handled the process efficiently. The room rate and incidental charge were both reasonable. The rooms were clean and furnished with everything needed. I appreciated the convenience of the laundry services. Gym equipment was in great condition, with a good combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, and treadmills/bikes/elliptical. Breakfast was included and delicious. Laundry supplies available on property for purchase might be useful, but it seemed like most people either brought or could buy nearby. This wasn't a big problem.

Clean room and great size

Breakfast quality could be better (salty bacon, powdery eggs and greasy sausage), but what do you want for free? Getting out the parking garage with the QR code was a challenge a couple of times. Regardless, this hotel is my first choice for DC area travel.

Ran out of food for breakfast by 8:30

Actually a very good place. Clean room, new facility, good condition, close to subway, friendly front desk and decent breakfast. Only drawback is the parking. For people need self parking, this hotel has no sign to direct you into a third party parking lot at the back of the building.

The check-in process was satisfactory, although the representative lacked politeness and a welcoming demeanor. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the room was clean, though the carpet appeared not entirely clean. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was dusty, which exacerbated my children’s allergies. Overall, the experience was positive.

Rooms are good size but bathroom felt congested. Ac sound is pretty bad and the hotel staff already knew this but set only one pair of ear plugs in the room for a family. Breakfast was awesome. Parking is bad and far. Mini kitchen is helpful.
