Location is great and staff were friendly throughout our stay. Disappointed in the quality of pillows and that there were only 4 very flat queen pillows on our king bed. The shower door did not fully close and unfortunately we didn’t notice until the first shower left water all over the bathroom floor. Our room was just average and was showing its age.

The property is dated, my room had a smell of mold and mildew.

The staff were very helpful from the housekeepers to the front desk. We were visiting for the high school graduation at Meredith high school. The location of this hotel was perfect.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. It's just over priced for the hotel and it's location. Breakfast is not included so that's an additional charge. The do have a small store with things to eat. The room does have a microwave and fridg so that is travel helpful.

I did use the pool or exercise room, but saw families in the pool and hot tub.

Friendly staff. Great amenities. Needed cosmetic updates-wallpaper, touch up on furniture.
