The area of the hotel is run down. The Hotel did not advertise their pool and jacuzzi was closed. Their handicap door opener was broken and my window latch was broken. I had asked for a cancelation upon seeing the hotel and was denied. My bed was lopsided and could feel where previous bodies had slept. I would forego this hotel. It was not cheap either. Also, there is no elevator. I cant lug my luggage up two flights of stairs.

Close to appointments

The hotel is very close to the Fargo Dome and the airport, so it makes it so convenient. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Place worked well for us, comfy beds. Biggest downer was the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent. But was close to the college! which was great as we where visiting someone there!

Great location

The hotel was perfectly located for what I needed and I got a good night of sleep each of the nights that I stayed, which is ultimately the most important thing. I was looking forward to using the hot tub after my long journey to get there, but it was not operable. The continental breakfast was disgusting. The eggs looked like watered down cottage cheese with little yellow speckles. The batter to make your own waffle had unidentified “floaty things” in it. The coffee machine was malfunctioning and made it next to impossible to get a cup of coffee. I wasn’t brave enough to try any of the food that wasn’t prepackaged. The room and the cleanliness were fine, I did sleep well and it was very conveniently located. I would stay there again, but have no expectations for additional amenities beyond the room being ok.

The staff was helpful and that is the only redeeming quality of this hotel. Pool is gross, hot tub isn't working. Our room had a constant haze hanging in the air and unless the bathroom fan was on our room smelled of smoke. The GFI by the sink doesn't work so it fried my wife's hair straightener in her hand. Unless you get your room for dirt cheap I would not bother staying here. I paid premium price for less than motel 6 quality.

Travelers should be aware that this hotel has no elevator and also that there is no need to pay extra online to reserve a non-smoking room because ND requires all rooms to be non-smoking. I had booked on line and when I learned there was no elevator and asked about changing my room to one on the ground floor, I was told there were no rooms in the category I had booked (and prepaid) on the ground floor. I was not offered any help on getting my two cases up or down the stairs (I am white-haired and 83.) I was, however, told very firmly the rules regarding smoking and not to set the thermostat below 65. The room itself was fine and the bed comfortable. There are many nearby restaurants that you can walk to for dinner; the parking lot is cracked and has grass coming up. Breakfast was posted as being served until 11 am. When I went down at 10 am, there was no fresh food set out, just some boxes of cereal, and juice etc. in a cooler. One of the staff came in and started mopping the floor as I was getting some cereal. I have never stayed in an hotel where I felt so unwelcome.

When we checked in, our receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Clean room. Property needs updates. Staff very friendly and accommodating to make sure everything went well for our stay. Location is very convenient for NDSU visit.

Superb

Our first night was in a double Queen room. It was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The second night we had to move into a single Queen room because I had pre booked it online. The staff made sure our new rooms were ready for us early so we could just move our belongings into the new room before going to a Bison game. When we got back to the room at nine there was a smell lingering in the room. The sheets didn’t smell clean, there was a dirty washcloth in the bathroom, a dirty cup in the ice bucket and we had to go get a second towel for a shower this morning. The toilet had not been cleaned, the shower stall had purple residue from shampoo on the walls. The bed was no bigger than a double bed and was not comfortable. The hotel was located near the football venue and very convenient for us. Just wished the room had been cleaned.
