The fact that we are 91 years old and my wife and I were exhausted as it was around midnight the staff was very courteous, but our room was 100 yards away. The last room of the hotel, it seems like a lot of remodeling is going on. But we should’ve been notified how far away our room was when we checked in and asked for help.

Clean and quiet

The property and staff were outstanding. And the remodeling of the property has greatly enhanced the rooms.

Clean room, friendly staff, and good breakfast.

Location. Breakfast was horrible the first day but better the second. Day one had 2 dried omelettes left at 9:OO and a few sausages. They didn’t refill while I was there. Day 2 was a bit bettter.

This was an excellent hotel. The room had been recently remodeled, it was super clean, the airport shuttle driver was super sweet and kind. And shoutout to Orion, who was working the desk when I checked in. He was one of the kindest and most helpful hotel employees I've ever dealt with. I arrived super early in the day. Way earlier than normal when I travel and he was very accommodating and got me checked in and settled without any extra hassle for being so early. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Fargo area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The AC unit was out one night and was fixed promptly the following morning. This is a good place to stay if you don’t mind limited amenities and extra cash to pay for miscellaneous items at the convenient store.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Although renovating great place to stay if you need somewhere close to the dome otherwise will always choose else where. Not very accommodating to guests verse the rate

We booked a room because of the free shuttle to the airport per the website only to be told when we were checking in the they quit doing that a few months ago ?? Disappointed with our stay, won't be coming back.

With construction it was dirty in hallways.

Had an issue after check-in ended up kind of being a big deal and the staff was a little bit rude, but they rectified it, and I am very satisfied with everything. The problem likely was related to an Expedia error.

Staff always welcoming and helpful. Close proximity to NDSU.

The front desk staff were exceptionally nice at both check in and check out. The young man at checkout even offered to call us a cab to the airport and held our luggage while we got lunch!

I did not like being placed near elevator

No breakfast. Construction equipment at parking lot. Our room was by an AC unit and wasnt able to sleep because the AC kept turning on every 5 minutes. I set our dirty towels out by our door which I didn't get new clean ones and when I went to the front desk Victoria, gave me an interrogation. We spent several days at the property and staff members were not friendly or attentive. I will not give my business to this hotel again.

Yes I had no issues

Staff was very friendly and check in and checkout was painless. The room was ok. A section of the ceiling in the bathroom had a piece of Sheetrock just screwed up and nothing else done. Room cleanliness was ok but not perfect. Property is undergoing renovation which could explain the partial repair in our room. Bed was not very comfortable and made sleeping difficult. Our room looked out at 19th Ave so there was plenty of noise from people racing down the street and all the motorcycles during the night. Overall the room and property are ok and could use the renovation. Likely would look at another property for a more comfortable bed and maybe less noise from the street and other guests.

Don’t go here for the airport shuttle as you can’t leave your vehicle. Not sure what the point of that is.
