The gym is extremely nice for a hotel gym. The bar was quick and makes excellent cocktails. Great location.

Beautiful hotel, unfriendly staff. I'm not sure what trend this is to put aloof, unfriendly individuals at the front desk, but you need to engage in some basic customer service training - a smile, a greeting! Otherwise, still a beautiful property.

Love this great boutique hotel in convenient downtown Fargo. Always a great staff. The rooms are fresh and new, and stylish. Restaurant/bar on site is a great feature. Attached parking. Just can’t say enough about it. Hard to find a decent hotel in the area and I finally did.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of downtown Fargo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here the next time we are in Fargo!

We thought the cost didn’t reflect the amenities. The hotel hallways were very loud and disrupting. Kids running down halls. Walls seemed thin.

We have stayed here many times and always have a great experience. The sauna is our favorite way to end the day after getting dinner or drinks in the restaurant. The view from the room is great, we love the big windows! The downtown area is a fun way to kill extra time if we have any. We will be back again!

Softest towels EVER. Great location. Great room. Bar/resto in the lobby. Comfy bed Just think twice about traveling in any oversized vehicle. Parking WILL BE a problem. They were great helping us find a place for our camper van, hut in the end they prevailed.

Lovely room, nice bar area for drinks. Breakfast options limited but there are plenty of other options closeby.

Also, a ‘CC recovery fee’ was added to my final bill. Did not find out about the fee until I checked my bill later that day. There was no mention of this fee at any point during booking, check-in, or check-out.

I love staying at the Jasper Hotel. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the food is good and the rooms are comfy. The room that I was given this last visit had a problem with the TV, so they moved me to another room at no charge. I also asked for a west facing room so I could enjoy the sunset. It's a great hotel!

Super clean room.

The hotel is in an excellent location and walking distance to so many things. The hotel is modern, updated and staff all outstanding.
