Wow! What a pleasant, unexpected surprise at this hotel. We thought we had booked a historical old hotel, only to find a place normally found in swanky, much larger cities. Our room had amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. Absolutely lovely!

Good location and generally a nice room. Parking instructions gave wrong address, which complicated arrival unnecessarily. No coffee maker in room. No garbage pail in room - only small one in bathroom. Bathroom towels located in closet outside of bathroom.

Beautiful newer hotel in downtown Fargo ... nice room, comfy bed, big shower, robes. A bit of confusion about the parking garage situation and disappointed in the morning to learn they had NO pastries available (though listed on the menu + wanted to take on our morning drive). Overall, very good. We enjoyed dinner in their restaurant the night before.

A great place! The whole thing was super cool, but also very quiet and restful. Downtown Fargo has a surprising amount of great food and other things to do, and the hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy it all.

The staff is lovely, the decor is on point, the dinner and drinks were fantastic, and it's a really friendly place. It felt like a luxury experience. Book a corner room for the most gorgeous light and views of Fargo.!

Great hotel in a great location. Walkable to many different places etc. rooms are top tier.

Had dessert and drinks in the bar and breakfast in the restaurant, all excellent. Best accomodations in Fargo. Always stay here when we're in town.

Restaurant service was a bit slow, but on a Tuesday afternoon maybe this is hard to staff for a rush.

Great location in downtown Fargo. Walking distance to fun restaurants and boutiques. Nice city courtyard right next door.

Exceptional

All kinds of alcohol and snacks in room but no water. For coffee, which I like to drink in my pajamas as I get ready for the day, was free BUT all the way down to the main lobby. I will say it was good coffee. Also, this was our first visit and the parking was confusing. A head’s up BEFORE arriving as to how to get parking pass at check-in and then park would have been helpful.

Love this hotel in downtown Fargo. Great bar/restaurant there, too. Desk staff is great (with exception to the young guy working there - rarely smiles and lacks a friendliness), housekeeping great. Highly suggest this for a great sleep, great bedding, pillows, spacious room. Well located, easy parking.

Great vibe, unique hotel in the heart of downtown Fargo. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and Red River walking trail. Close to airport. Good restaurant. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again

Front desk staff were EXCEPTIONAL on checkin! Unique tasteful room. GREAT location No drawers and LIMITED closet space. “Free” coffee available at front desk, we were on an upper floor. Not a huge issue. But in the morning on Day 2, the pot was empty. Nearby NOT-busy young man at the front desk said “you’ll have to let the bar know”. The bar was a foot away. He could use a lesson in customer service. Parking was a nightmare because of the Fargo Fest…needed better signage and directions. Initially parked in the wrong garage right next door, cost $5 to get out (not a big deal, just added to the frustration of being on the road all day!!)

Loved the dimming switch in the bathroom...I'm all about the lighting in places, it was awesome! Shower was amazing as well, and not to mention the view and electric curtains!
