Excellent quality hotel. Great spacious room. Cheap parking next door. No free breakfast but good offerings in the dining room. Great spot in downtown.

The elevator was awful. Long wait times, the computer setup doesnt seem to work and is inefficient.

I wasn’t able to check-in on Friday of my weekend stay. I was fully aware that I would have to pay for both nights due to it being too late to change my stay. I called the hotel to ask to hold the room & I would be checking in the next day. My family arrived on Saturday to be told that there was no note on my reservation and my room was canceled. There were no rooms available in the area as it was a busy weekend. We were lucky that a friend was in her room alone & offered to let us stay with her. The hotel gave another customer keys to my friend’s room. They confused the two reservations because they had the same last name.

The floor in our room had crumbs/debris on it when we arrived and staff cleaned it when we reported it. Queen beds would have been better than double beds also.

Clean, comfortable, decent restaurant right in the downtown area of Fargo that's walkable to coffee shops and the park (when it's nice enough outside).
